I have a local hand gripper which i purchased like 3-4 months ago for rs-250/-(with counting meter)from a local shop of range 5kg to 100kg really it has 12 spring coils and a good resistance i am using it in 30kg weight for 500reps(100reps×5set) Perday perhand at first i found it very difficult but time to time my forearm strength had increased a lot. I had won the touranment of armwrestling held in my school so,i will really recommend purchasing a hand gripper with good resistance and spring tension and use it in less wight but try to maximise reps per set

1:55 I don't think this is how it works. Spring stiffness can be estimated using this formula. C = Gd⁴/8nD³ . So the more the number of turns (n) the less stiff will the spring be. I think the wire diameter and core diameter must be taken into account as well.
