Hi Martin, can I get the heated seat/grips option for F3 S Daytona edition and what would be the new price for this model? I understand this model has a bit more power to weight ratio but could it also be used the crunch the miles, if I wanted to do some touring? Thanks Mike
Hi Mike, great questions. As for heated grips - yes but on F3 models they are super weak. As for heated seat on F3, no its not an option as OEM part. As for if F3s is comfy enough.. well, i have made 100.000km and been on very very long trips without windshield - i only have gauge spoiler, and is it comfy.. yes and no.. but F3s has the best riding / handling characteristics by far. Now as i sm getting elder and into linger and longer journeys also with my ToursOn3 i am seriously thinking about F3 Limited. There is no such thing as Daytona anymore. They have replaced it with F3s special series. 2023 model has cost me around 22-23k with tax... but it all depends where are you located. Martin
As you say, lots of people started with a Ryker (me) and then continued to an F3s (me), and now I think I found my needs, powerful enough probably I ending up buying a PedalBox (did that to the Ryker), probably will put some money on other upgrades (windscreen, some type of bags, did that to the Ryker) But I have tried to sit and relax on a RT but that didn’t talk to me at all.
Hehe... wait for it 😆😆😆 maye you know that i am hard core F3s fan, but as i have now all the bikes from CanAm portfolio and i can choose what to ride.... i go with RT many times. Just because of music, large floorboards and bit of a "bus" ride feeling.. still F3s its my call and first option but i like RT much more than i used to.... getting old... :(((((

Here is a question about the F3s, the PedalBox was a gamechanger to the Ryker but how much does it change for the F3s? Can’t find your videoclip on this?

Are there any important differences between F3-S since 2015 and the new models? Except of the looks. I'm considering buying the used F3-S from 2015 - anything specific to watch out for?
Yes and no.. if i can find good 2015 i would buy it as well as that model is the sharpest... ever since brp has start to focus on getting more miles out of gallon. What can be issue? Hmmm... rubber parts loosing their flexibility.. and collant pipes like to get loose and leak...
Thanks Martin for you content. I'm two years into my 2021 Ryker rally ownership. I love this bike, It's such a blast! We ride two up 80 to 90 percent of the time. My wife has had two back surgeries and we have to stop often not torture her due to her disability. I've been thinking lately of upgrading to an F3 for more comfort. Today we went to the Can Am dealer and saw a 2023 F3 Limited Special series, that was a very nice machine, it was the only F3 in stock. Based on your experience, is the F3 Limited Special series worth the premium price versus the regular F3 Limited as it's offered by Can Am? Thanks so much. New subscriber here .
Hello Sir... depends on the conttinent, as everywhere you get tiny bit different options. Usually the difference is - different color - i love few options in 23 models, so worth thinking.. back rest, top case rack... different wheels - nice but .... rest like cruse control and heated grips and seats are the same .... As they have introduced 2024 with few new mods, try to focus to get better deal :)))) i am getting older and also i am thinking about moving to F3 limited also because of tour and rental usiness.. i will be searching on good deal on Special Series as i want tge best avaliable option for myself 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️

I am glad I picked the F3 Limited for myself...I can cruise, travel and yet it's still sporty...I love the twisties!! I would like to go all summer! This is a very good explanation of the different models, what they provide, etc. The other thing for me is I LOVE the seating position of the F3...reminds me of my two wheels I rode years ago...Lots of people think you can't travel on the F3 Limited and that simply is not true. Now of course, I am not riding two up so that could make a difference for those riding two up. I love the look of the F3S!

While the windshield on the F3 can't raise or lower like the RT, I recently saw that Slingmods has a bracket replacement that allows the windshield to come up 3 more inches and tilt one inch...have you seen that, Martin?
Yes i have seen that as one friend has ordered it from then. Not sure what the gap does below the windshield. But its franction of the cost of full new taller windshield so few "not perfect" things can be pardoned :)))
Hmmm,... there are few points why not. 1- would you sponsor somebody that openly says for example that new RT20+ has quality issues and BRP should give more care to their top line. Coments like tgese are honest but not something BRP wants. 2- i am no hater, i am no against any orientation and of course color. However i am white husband from Eastern Europe. I am no interest to them. 3- i have offered them cooperation and content on few nice projects that i am doing without them at the end. I dont give a fuck about them anymore, and honestly i dont think they have anymore budget to pay me as my price went rapidly up since all their disrespect towards me 😉😉😉😉
I always find people say the Ryker can't take corners at any decent speed, I'm an ex motox and supermoto rider, now the knees have had it so went to can am. The ryker 900 rally when set up right will drift and cock a wheel at speed, treat it like a crosser rather than a road bike. The spyders are great but find the ryker rally much more fun. You are right about 2 up though. For that the ryker is not much good.
You got point here. No matter how you try, there will be subjective opinion on honest review, as it comes from experience and not from somebody pre-write script. As for RYKER i have 1x 900 and 3x ryker rally and all of them are different. 900 basic allows you to go around corners without fighting, however those rally versions they fight back a lot. I hink laser alighment would help a lot but we dont have any in Europe at the moment specializing in Spyders and Rykers :(

There is compressor that fills in the air susspension at the back..So tgat thing you hear when stopping or when in reverse. It is for me tge weakes point of all F3 limited :(
