I am buying the tournament Temple city in the tournament battle right now so I can get all of the figures, and in my opinion, the tournament temple city is the best build
I agree it really feels like this wave needed more sets in that 20-30 dollar range just to make it easier to get all the ninja and maybe army build the new Wolf mask warriors
The other thing about these videos Mind, is although I find them really imformative, I feel like most people don't just ONLY care about minifigures or builds. For me, I care 60% about the build and 40% about the minifigures, so I would like more advice for the in betweeners.
That's not as much of a timestampable section, but I still try to cover that in the video. That's why I made the point about Tournament Temple City & Arena vs.Dragon, Bike, and Combo Vehicle. Option 2 is technically cheaper, but option 1 is the better package in my opinion
I love these videos because since im 15 and i live in the uk i dont have a job yet i have to rely on money from friends and relatives and these are really helpful because then i know what to buy
The tournament battle arena is my personal favourite set of this wave. It’s a good price and good build and has some incredible minifigures such as evil Jay
definitely picking up the cole mech day one and _maybe_ the source dragon too. might wait to see if the tournament set goes on sale as i’d mostly be buying for evil jay
@@djt08031996 Yeah, I know people really love that set, but for me I can not physically emphasize how much I love it. I feel like it's the best at least build by a mile, and that's saying A LOT.
Evil Jay is my favourite minifigure of the wave and Kai is my favourite of the unified ninja suits so it's a very obvious choice. Plus, there's no way I'm passing on an opportunity to get Tox
I’m curious what the show context for some of these will be. I bet sora makes the combo vehicle. Also I’m confused why Nokt isn’t in the source dragon of motion set, honestly though it would make the most sense including them there
Honestly, he may not be important enough to GET a figure. The Reason Tox and Palemen got figures was because they wanted to complete a collection. It think we WILL get him, but not right now
@@ClassicStudStudios we’ll have to see how season 2 part 2 plays out but I don’t know if that’s the case. Could be more the set designers didn’t know about them and had other characters they wanted to remake
I am definately getting coles mech and the source dragon, the only thing is that i dont get the main ninja, so i will also buy the ultra sonic riders downgrade if i find it on discount.
I am planning to get the temple, the Battle arena, mech, and the dragon, but I also am thinking about getting some march sets too. Should I get the other two sets or not??? PLEASE READ THIS BRICKS BY MIND!!!!!!!
Unless you really love Zane or really want the exclusive wolf mask warrior, I think the four you're planning on are perfect, you're probably better off buying the March sets than the last two from this wave
Could you show us how many wolf mask warriors including from the summer wave and from all the extra sets you have from your ninjago challenge video i would loved to see how many sets
The dragon and Zane's motorcycle for sure. Still thinking about the temple. The mech finally has so many movable joints but the torso and face are so small and ruins it for me. Plus the neck makes it look like the head is hunching forward. Gonna pass on this one.
I don't wanna be that guy but you can adjust the head to any position and the waist being small is to make it more "attractive" ? If that makes sense , not like that tho I think they just did it for looks
@@Coolcreaters Torso not the waist, but the entire upper body. It doesn't go well with the built legs, arms and sword wings. To me the head is so puny and out of place. Lloyd's titan mech had the right size face and muscular body. Hoping for something better in the future. Seeing how ugly and small the head was on Jay's mech, I can't believe they did the same with Cole's.
Tbh I think it looks great but I'm 14 and will probably have a different point of view. The sword is a bit heavy but I really like the torso , although If they made it like 120 pounds and added some extra figures , better shoulder articulation because it's so big and bulky it can restrict movement. And the reason I said waist was because that's my only nit pic about the upper body. This is the only set I'm getting from this wave. 1. Im a mech geek 2. It's the only one I personally like after the dragon
If you like posing your favourite figures on your set in dynamic poses, Tournament temple city is better. But if you want a place to have your figures just wonder around, then I’d say markets. I believe markets is the better value.

As of now, I plan to definitely get the Tournament Battle Area and the Source Dragon of Motion. I'll save Zane's bike for another time and might get Cole's mech. Then, I'll pass on the Tournament Temple City and honestly will try avoiding the Combo Vehicle
I going to get cole's titan dragon mech, the tournament battle arena and the tournament temple cty set. I really want the source dragon aswell but im on a budget and cole is my favourite ninja and I dont want to miss out on his set.
I aim to get all sets except the combo vehicle and Zane's bike during the shelf life of this wave. Source dragon of motion is an impeccable dragon build, Coles mech is unbelievably badass. I wish they didn't set up Coles mech for failure with so few minifigures. This was the perfect time to add Geo into a set and I wish they took it, they also could've added Frak. Cole, Geo, Frak and 2 wolf warriors would've made this set an absolute perfect roll.
I have the Tournament Temple City, the Tournament battle arena, Zane’s Ice Motorcycle. I’m still buying the Source dragon of Motion and Cole’s Titan Dragon Mech.
I plan on buying the Tournament Temple City, The source dragon of motion and I preordered the evil Jay set. I am on the fence on the cole mech since I am already spending alot 😅.
How rich are your parents dude. That's $450. Is that your own money you're spending? Because if so, that means you have a job, meaning you have to pay taxes, and I just don't get how you can afford all that.
It does kinda suck simultaneously being a huge dragon fan and a huge minifig collector. When we first learned we were getting a Source Dragon, I immediately planned on that being my big buy of the wave. But now I'm gonna have to get a lot of the good figures individually and miss out on great sets like the Temple City. But, hey, IT'S WORTH IT FOR THE SOURCE DRAGON
Gonna get the Tournament Temple Arena, Tournament Temple City as well as finally picking up the Temple of the Dragon Cores and connecting it to the City
Awesome wave of sets But very expensive 4:38 Its a big shame that you can't get all the ninja for cheap, its $90 and above, and $250 minimum all together Some minifigure distribution isn't good, on the other hand a few minifigure set placements make sense There should be more minifigures in the wave
Im gonna get the tournament battle arena and source dragon of motion definitely. Might get the zane bike but ill probably get zane off of bricklink. If it gets cheaper i may get the combo vehicle just for Lloyd and nya
I'm planning to get the Source Dragon to pose as Fawx's mentor, with the Dragon spirits for his rising dragon and the wolf mask warrior as bonus, and the Combo Vehicle for a few friends' signature OCs, with a second set of the new claw piece to finish Alco's shatterspin as bonus
Forsure picking up the Temple and Arena! Terrain builds are my favorite to do and if I’m getting every character as well then it’s perfect! Cole is my favorite character and I would say titan mechs are fav second to build but $100 for one minifig that doesn’t look that good is a skip. Maybe I’ll buy it later down the line because the mech looks cool but I would also rather buy the dragon.
I'll probably be going for the tournament battle arena and zanes bike. If the combo vehicle came on sale at a reasonable price at some point (I'd say £60 as I just bought the dragon Vs empress mech from season one for £65 when it should be £90 so I'd consider it for that). Not the greatest wave in terms of price but all the sets look they have redeeming quality's which is better than some other waves
Dragon and Mech are by far the better builds, so if you care more about that than minifigures, absolutely go for them. But, if you're trying to collect all of the characters of the wave, Tournament Temple City is still a quite good set, and the minifigures are much better.
I’m definitely gonna pick up the tournament battle arena, probably Cole’s titan mech and the source dragon of motion. I just love 🤩the builds and don’t really care about the minifigures. In my opinion I don’t think having one figure is terrible for a large mech if it was a base build then yeah that’s a big issue but for a mech with 1000 peices I think it’s justifiable.
One thing I need to ask: Is the Tournament Temple City a D2C set? If so, there’s almost no way to get it discounted 😞. I could wait a year for a good deal on Amazon if it’s not D2C as the price is heavily inflated in the UK.
While the source dragon is a solid build, it doesnt offer much else and lacks personality. Funny enough the throne build is actually the most charming aspect of the dragon even though its technically not even a part of it. All and all i feel like its just a very huge fire dragon and thats it. They could have totally done a lot more for a dragon of this size but they chose the safest option. The same cant be said for coles mech tho. I though perfection was impossible until i saw this.
I’ll get the Cole’s mech and tournament temple arena when it releases and I will get the tournament temple city, the source dragon of motion and the ninja team Kombi vehicle in September 😂 so I’m getting almost all of them! I would get the tournament battle arena, Zane’s ice motorcycle and then the ninja combo vehicle. You have every mini every one of the ninja except Arin but I mean, I guess that’s fine.
i always get the one cool set with the cool min figs and then i usually buy the exclusives and the cool min figs off bricklink so i will probably get the master wu statue and buy some other ones off bricklink
Tip if you want to Army build Wolf mask warriors and get mech Cole (do this only if you are getting the Tournament battle arena and the tournament city temple): Buy the polybag (as many times as you want let's say 4 as an example that would be $20). That polybag comes with a Wolf mask warrior and Cole so buy them and then trade your 4 Coles for mech Cole
I want the source dragon of motion but in my country it is 250 dollars so if I don’t get that I will get the tournament battle arena, Coles titan dragon mech and Zane ice bike.
