Which One Do You Want? || Three Different $500k Texas Model Homes 

The houses are unique in their own way. I like # 1,but prefer the primary bedroom from #2. But definitely #1.

#3 hands down. although i love the staircase and layout of #1 when i was 20 lol

Are you sure these houses are 500k? I'm in florida, and something like that you can get here starting from 1.2M. I didn't think that Texas is that much cheaper than fla?

On the last home it has beautiful windows in the living and dining area. However they do not open! How do you let any fresh air in! What do you do if you need to? Not useful in any way. You might as well have no windows. I've had a major house fire and the windows seem to be a safety issue for me.

House 1: family room looks ridiculously small. (Room has a lot of vertical space but insufficient floor space.). Small vent hood looks silly. Dining room is too small to have table and sideboard. (I know it’s staged with that, but the chairs on the sideboard side can’t be pulled back far enough to make them usable.). If you can’t use a space, it’s a waste to have it. Ripply vessel sinks are impractical, and do not like tub position. Walk in closet is nice and so is position of laundry. Too much space wasted on little carve-outs and hallways; would rather have media and game room merged into one larger, more usable space. House 2: position of study and bedroom 2 would be better swapped. At least there is no fireplace in the family room. I have 3 and don’t use them. Hate the white kitchen; looks cheap. Don’t like unusable curved wall in prim bedroom. All the white cabinetry continues to look cheap in the prim bath, but the sinks are more practical. It really is hard for me to get past the cheap looking finishes here to fairly evaluate the layout. House 3: hate dormers. They reduce the possible uses of the walls and placement of furniture. They’ve partially ameliorated the cheap look of the cabinetry by putting on hardware. The dining room and family room are much more reasonably sized, but no walls, alas. And the fireplace reminds me of the one in my college apartment, sigh. Decor questionable- why such a tiny console under the tv? Like I could even reach the buttons on that microwave, lol. Not that the other houses don’t have issues, but seems like you’d whack your head into the wall if you tried to lie in the tub. I know designers advocate putting rods up by the ceiling, but that is a huge gap. Makes it look like the windows were intended to be taller but you were forced to go with smaller ones. This is the best one, but I wouldn’t buy it.

I didn't care for any of them. The white kitchen has gotten really old, and the rooms were all small.
