A big part of the difference in dmg is the lower atk stat on the crit psychube so i wonder the numbers how will be when maxed out lvl, resonance and psychube making the atk difference less impactful.

The big difference between Psycubes that i dont see content creators point out is that they will change your play style depending on the psycubes you are running with.

They might even change your teams. I am confident if you run Lilya in a team which is able to generate moxie for her, BNW will at some point outclass TA, especially if you can go ult>ST2>Ult>ST...

Thunder is best in slot for Lilya because when i3 she double the crit rate stat of the Psycube, not having a Psycube that give crit rate boost will nullify her i3. And the more she crit the more she will do her follow up attack with single target and that single target card will have a 32% crit dmg. With leveling, resonate and futur char like Tooth fairy she will crit almost every time and take full advantage of the psycube. Adding to that the leech on her ult that help but only if she crit. Loosing 32 crit rate on her is problematic.

Just wondering do you know how damage calculations work. Do different stats multiply together. As an example general damage up with Incantation/Ultimate damage or if penetration is calculated before or after defense down?

Good explanation. Do you know if BNW effect is lost by NOT using a dmg incantation that same round or by using Ultimate → non-dmg incantation → dmg incantation? I don't have BNW yet so I can't test it.

Bounden duty have the higher base atk stats and an overall DMG special stats which cover both ult and normal incantation if im right can u do a comparison with brave new world

I feel like brave Thunderous Applause would be better simply because of how easy it is to get close too 100 crit rait(her i3),assuming that you'll have more crit rait=>more extra action=>more dpr. But that's just my opinion. Good video man👌

well if u can guarantee crits on every attack, ... honestly idk. My gut feeling is 32% critdmg is better than 40% incantation damage, but idk damage buckets yet

Can you do a damage comparison between Brave New World and His Bounden Duty? If damage isn't too different, His Bounden Duty might be even more universal than Brave.

If he has BNW and TA, I doubt he has the resources to not only purchase HBD, but also level it up. That will have to be another account that has those 2 already, or way later in the future. He will most likely not waste precious resources just for the sake of your inquiry.

Im still trying to figure out why HBD is not the generalist choice. If I hadn’t chosen inquisitive dear for Sotheby I would test HBD vs BNW since I just got to my 2nd 6 star psychube.

If you have a psychube equipped which grants crirate as a stat (i.e. thunderous, 16% A0), then that value will be doubled.

I got Lilya as my first 6 star si I picked TA and I dont see the problem. I can still get BNW from the shop later. I get it tho, this is intended for general cases and not the one random dude that RNGesus designed as The Lilya Main. To me the psychube selector is nothing but a little help to boost your account at the beginning. Its not a big deal honestly

I am in doubt bc many people recommend BNW. But I just got Regulus so with Lilya+Regulus should I go for TA?

@@imlivid2746 TA only if you plan to max out Lilya first. Otherwise I would choose BNW, but once again. Not a big deal in the long run as long as you do your daily pneuma analysis!

@yaaaan6763 I have built Lilya, I understand your point about the affinity but, it would be sad. Rn my 6 stars are Lilya, Regulus and A Knight. I saw that you should use 1 team with a reality DPS and 1 with a Mental DPS so I though I just need to build Regulus for mental, unless I got something else later

I think it's even better to test whether 6* psychubes are actually better than 5*. Well, yes they show more stats, but you compare maxed copy 6* vs 5* and it's very hard to get all copies for 6* for a nonspender.

Copies just upgrade the amplifaction of the Psycube and basically when a 6* reach lvl 3 it will have more stat from amplification than a maxed 5* adding to that the base stat you can be sure that the 6* will perfom better (if used on the right char and right condition). Note that we will have 6* "copy" during events too.

5*s are not worth it, there is never a reason to buy any, I don't see a point in comparing them

I see the Psychube Gluttony in the fragment shop, it has no stats, what does it do?

It is not a psychube but an Amplification Material - you can use it to increase the Amp of your psychubes

(Attack - Defense)*Bonus Damage*(crit%*crit bonus - Crit Def)*(damage buffs - damage reduction buffs) = 100% (100%*2.5 skill 1 dmg%) + (100%*2.5 skill 2 dmg%) + (100%*1 ult dmg%) = average damage Lilya has a 15% leech on ult crits so all things being equal, TA should be favored. Interesting video. Statistical analysis is not needed. I know this is outdated. I'll check your channel for updates.

Brave is better investment overall but one area you didn't cover is to including Resonate in your calculation in comparison w/ Thunder. At least for Regulus, the damage diff. is too far apart. Including Voyager in the team makes Thunder even more potent. Thunder 16% c.rate + adding a cherry on top w/ crit damage bonus makes a lot of difference in the later stage of the game for crit oriented units. Thunder is better on I3 but I'm not sure for I2 (also depends on your Resonate Lv.), probably not too far apart.

Yes, this test is for Lilya only. Unfortunately I do not own Regulus, otherwise I would have included her aswell. For Resonance, as this testing was not done at a stage where I could guarantee 100% critrate even with Voyager, I did not put too much emphasis on it. However, as said in the video, I will do a follow-up when I have Lilya maxed out, however that will still need a bit of time as I also need to find another good target to test against.

Can I ask. Is it better to get an amplification for brave new world or get one brave new world and one thunderous applause? Or whats your opinion of it? I usually run Dikke, Regulus, Sonetto and Baby blue(i think that's her name?). I was thinking of putting regulus on thunderous applause and sonetto on brave new world. Alternatively i could just get a duplicate on brave new world and slap that on my regulus. Regulus is my main dps btw

Crit will always be king in some DPS but Brave new world will be safe to pic this early point in game Also if your running Bblume a Scneider Cube will be better than those 2.

right now Voyager and Twins Sleep are enough to reduce crit resistance and crit def. later on we're getting Tooth Fairy (in about a month since she's in 1.2) who is basically a must for crit teams (and tbh she's just generally busted, the most broken character released so far so people are gonna pull her even for non-crit teams anyway) which makes crit resistance a non-issue
