Error sans has PTSD with bedrock, its cannon now and i also like how swap sans somehow actually became friends with the doodle monster thingy (never knew what that was but your version is pretty cool) cz it looks like something swap sans would manage to pull off and of course just like in the actual backrooms, the most unexpected stuff is what works like look at hardtale he won/left/escaped/idk just by running.

fun fact: it’s actually kinda rare to encounter others in level 0, while yes the same can apply to other entities, i assume the entities are a little more common, as level 0 is supposed to make you feel isolated
Honestly, I disagree with you. Though Sans could definitely survive the backrooms, I think Sans also has a fair chance too. Not to mention Sans. But I also think Sans would never have a chance at surviving compared to Sans.

so heres what happend for short: undertale sans: just gave up and now just sleeping in the backrooms hardtale sans: escaped by bumping into underfell sans underfell sans: tried to destroy backrooms but gave up underswap sans: made friends with the monster error sans: glitched into backrooms but bedrock came along with him and started screaming
if this is the found footage version that means they could all get out very fast because that one actually has a way out and a pretty easy to find one at that
Bad ending: Dust sans ended up noclipped throughout into deeper levels when trying to leave the actual game and had gotten many entities infornt of him
