Does the sales quota follow the person or the position.. ie you were able to work multiple positions- did you have a quota as a mt and a separate one as a it?
Ist true that as a massage therapist or any staff from steiner should do the cashiering as well?? I mean the therapist is the 1 who make billing also??.coz in our training with steiner..they teach and tell us that we are the 1 who make the cashiering as well..im just thinking maybe we are very busy and always in rush to make the cashiering evert other guest then the other guest for massage us already there waiting...like a back to back booking..pls enlighten me..tnx

@@funkyfoo1212 no problem I’m about to go on my first ship in about a month but I have to go through training so I will keep you updated but if im correct in thinking I assume they would promote the gender diversity. so definitely go for it!
