Cubes usually have more volume, so at my job we use cubes for Old Fashioneds and spheres for Negronis

Cube is cool and I generally prefer it. Said so sphere, if my memory isn’t messing with me, should bebe slightly better on a theoretical point cause the surface should be smaller so it should dilute slightly less.

While sphere is cooler, cube is more practical.
