I dont say in the video, but whilst the burn time was similar for the compared stoves, the Nortent retained heat for much longer, likely because of its double base.

Forgot to show * BUT ,The Nortent was warmer 3 hours later, likely due to the insulated double base.

The Pomoly mini 2.0 would be great in the Nortent New Vern 2. Will post a video once I get the new tent.

Nice comparison. Definitely see the advatage in size and heat output of the Nortent stove. Legs seem thin. I'm a bit of an ape around camp, and everywhere else, to be fair. Would worry about bumping into that. Would do eventually.

Haha, ape here too hence tripping over the stove pipe guy line! But you know, being in a nylon both with a can at 375c makes the ape VERY careful eh!

You need to do something with the audio in this video. That hissing from what i can only assume is the wind is making it very hard to watch.

Hi, sorry about that. I have just tried it and seemed fine. There was a little wind and rain at times. Do you want to try on a different player/ speakers?

@@Fellmandave1 On the desktop speakers at work i can still hear the noise. Its coming from the right channel. At home the headset picks it up too in the right ear cup.

@@Fellmandave1 The comparison with the pomoly T1 is very similar, I think they are both from the same manufacturer. This is easy to guess. At the same time, I have purchased tents from Camperlists before, and they offer a 20% tax-free policy, which is great news for expensive products. At least I can save dozens of pounds.
