Which type of tax evasion is Sonu Sood accused of by CBDT? Explained in detail 

In this video, I have explained how the accomodation entries, which Mr. Sonu Sood is alleged by CBDT to have used, are used to evade taxes by unethical people. This is just an educational video and not by any means an attempt to conclude whether Mr. Sood or any of the parties are guilty of the crimes that they are being accused of or not. The investigation by the department is currently going on and a lot of other revalations are expected. Will keep you posted if anything worth educating you comes out of it. Happy learning ♥

I think for point (3) of CBDT allegations, as he has taken charity (most probably in cash only) is primafacie for covid related activities,and only few amount has been used for actual purpose, which in turn poses a question whether the same ( charity ) is received from legal activities or not? And obviously the question of black money still continues

Hi Sahil, I am not a CA nor preparing to become one but I stumbled across your RU-vid channel and you have some amazing content. The way you explain things is amazing along with description and diagrams. I would really recommend you to start a RU-vid generic playlist where you discuss some of the interesting use cases which you encountered during your practice. Also, might I add, some use cases pertaining to sale/purchase of property and inheritance. These issues are very common and usually families get embroiled in long lasting disputes. Some perspective on how can assets be amicably divided, invested along with some tax saving on inherited taxes.... these can be some interesting topics to discuss on. Thanks again for such amazing videos!
