The problem with Cannon Rotor is that the additional damage is physical and it does not crit, so it does next to zero damage for anyone that is not physical. This means that for none-phys dps characters you basically sacrifice one part of this weapon's passive and only take up the non-conditional ATK buff. Starlight Engine's ATK buff passive on the other hand, is much higher at same level of investment, and while it is conditional, the conditions are generally very easy to fulfill and the uptime is generous. Cannon Rotor has the best substat out of all 4 star weapons, but its underwhelming passive hinders its perfomance significantly in my opinion.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing! Despite not being the best out there, Starlight is a very decent choice in terms of accessibility as well as actual stats

@@silverfox3291it doesnt say anything about being elemental dmg too Based on genshin wording, it is physical But i never knew it was not critable, genshin was able to deal crit

@@silverfox3291 Well at least in Genshin, all effects like this that just claim to deal flat damage of unspecified type are always physical as that's the "white" damage of the game if you will. So one can assume it's the same here at least, though in ZZZ physical is a proper character typing whereas in Genshin it's not, so I'm not sure if they'd apply the same logic here or not.

Im getting Spring Embrace specifically because of the transferable energy regen, in the trailer where they showed multiple factions they showed a NEPS faction character on the right with a riot shield he's got to be a defense character and you cant tell me otherwise so I want to be able to transfer the energy buff to Zhu Yuan so she can use her EX special more often to get her enhanced shotshells and maintain higher damage

Do you think the 10% is going to make that much of a difference to where you essentially brick Ben? Feels like bringing a character to only give your carry 10% energy regen isn't really worth it. I could see it maybe being good in the future when they release more defense character but it seems like a pretty bad engine for Ben at the moment. Especially considering its advanced stats is ATK %.

@@detalores ben specifically requiring to be attacked for his skill makes it worthwhile besides that it goes up to 16% energy regen with max copies

@@detalores there's a pretty good case for getting it though, as there aren't any standard support Defence Engines, and since Defence units seem to be the "Nihility" or flex class, having a support based engine would be a great asset. Clearly not the BEST, but it's the most versitile of the Battlepass Engines.

Attributes and anomalies are so under explained that I would almost not recommend the support engine cause the lack of knowledge makes it inconsistent

Yeah, I'm not so sure if I want to build Grace because there's so little we know about anomalies.

@@gigglegimmi133 as someone who's using grace, her dmg is insane. I use her as a dps and a shock generator, so giving her anything with high attack and anomaly mastery is the way imo. She doesn't need energy or impact or anything else as a support because she always has her skill and ult ready

I lowkey appreciate this compared to others out there I think the balls are superior cuz comparing to others if they dont have their iconic, they won't look as great if they had it. But here, if you didn't get their iconic balls, you wouldn't really have to worry about the characters aesthetically and you can use A rank balls If only they would always guarantee you getting their iconic balls instead of a 75-25 chance, woulda loved the balls way more That alone makes me think balls are more superior At first, I didn't really like the balls since I'm more used to see the characters hold them n itll affect their looks but now I'm slowly growing on he balls

I think the abnormal weapon we should looking for the Abnormal proficiency in effect. Like the Gemini. The stack effect dont scale with Engine LV and it also bigger than the main stack of the Engine

its just the direct anomaly counter to specific enemies (indicated by the little yellow triangle in the bottom left of the attribute buildup display in combat) and its told in the proxy handbook under combat rules > damage display and attribute counters

Find it pretty difficult to spend 50 dollars on an attack engine that performs worse than a f2p option. Starlight Engine is just too good for free maxed out.

For Genshin and wuthering waves I bought the battle pass because I spent so much time playing the game. Never use the battle pass weapon invention and I haven't even opened the case in wuthering waves. Now in zenless I feel like I don't even want to get the battle pass yet because I don't understand enough of the mechanics 😂 I managed to get Ellen and her weapon AND Lycaon, even got Rina's weapon if I ever get her

hsr gives around 250 purple xp books and zzz gives around 180 purple xp. in hsr one book is 8k xp, in zzz one "book" is 3k xp. idk how many "books" it takes in zzz to level up to max tho

Def prob never going to be good.. like ever.. the parry and dodges are soo abundant in this game that pulling for any Def is worthless. unless they scale like 500% on def and deal that much dmg

Ben is a parry character that stuns bosses its unique and effective. Defense will be balanced to be strong because banners will have defense characters
