Which Wacky Hook Is Right? 

I have been using a 1/0 lazer sharp live bait hook and it works great. Good hook up ratio and it is thick enough for double digit fish.

That vmc hook is my favorite. It doesn't seem like it would be that weedless but it is. Thanks Tyler 🙏❤

Just got back into fishing and got a new setup.. used a 5” senko with a size 6 off set shank and caught largemouth left and right 😂

I used to hate wacky rigging because of the hook up ratio. I watched some videos and I started using Trokar finesse 2/0 hooks weedless with something called the wacky saddle from frenzy baits and I hook up almost 90% of fish. I used the VMC #1 hooks shown in this video and it did not work nearly as well. I have probably caught 100 bass in the past 6-7 weeks wacky rigging like this. I will never do anything else but Trokar with the wacky saddle.

I like using their weedless wacky 1/0 but I use the rings to get a little more life out of my worm

In open water i prefer the gamakatsu circle hook
