depends what you call healthy is it superfood no but yes its much better then the fried food or processed foods as long as it fits your macros and you eat in moderation its fine, only thing you need to be worried about is if you are sensitive to gluten you should avoid anything with gluten.
Only a few breads are healthy Checkout the ingredients always Go for bread with these ingredients: whole wheat flour/atta, wheat barn, wheat husk, mixed grains, etc Avoid with these ingredients: Wheat flour/maida, malt extract, starch flour, etc Note: 1. oil in bread is fine provided it's towards the END of the ingredient list 2. Avoid bread with added gluten while bread added with VITAL GLUTEN is good. They both are different things

Hi Arpit, It's generally labelled in the whey protein packaging that to be consumed within 15mins, mostly seen on muscle Blaze. Does this mean whey protein loses its macros after 15mins of mixing. Please answer.
No, it's perfectly okay to drink it even after 15 minutes. It doesn't lose it's macros, it's just that its consistency/texture may become a bit unappetizing if kept like that for too long.
Bhai the artificial sugar which we consume along with flavoured whey protein , does it have any longterm effects on our body. And we consume it after exercise mostly fasting , so can it become a cause for diabetes ??? Please reply bhai..🙏
I am on a strict carb diet of less than 100 gms. For me every gram matters 😅. But soon as I shift to maintenance carbs of 150 gms. I prefer concentrate. Its effective and easy on the pocket.
Hello Sir, I have started eating high protein meal and also started creatine intake. but somewhere in mind feels that es se liver aur kidney pe pressure padta hoga. So to avoid this fear or situation, How much water I should drink and what other supplement I need to consume to avoid this kidney and lever damage. if in case unpe kuch asar ya side effect ho raha raha hoga. Please help by making a dedicated video on this Arpit Sir
He has made videos on creatine much earlier itself. In a nutshell, kidney damage is not caused by creatine but less hydration. Even if you don't take creatine but drink very less water in a day it can cause kidney damage. Creatine causes intercellular water retention which helps in the development of muscles. So if you take creatine just increase your water intake (no need to go too overboard, moderate increase may be fine) for creatine to work properly.
