B is better when power is off. You can do A with power on with cap.

If i have new wire, I'll choice B one. But if i have old wire, i'll make A one! Because its hard to keep wire straight to do like you do with B

B is better but overkill. B is like a lineman splice but would need to be soldered.

Actually in the field that’s a code violation. Get wire nuts which was created for that purspose. That how things get shorted out and catch on fire.

on 1:38 if u bend the wire on ur right hand to the left and circle around the left side. and do opposite the one on ur left hand. it might make a stronger joint

A - is typical old school Bastl CB joint - Black tape only. B is best for žužu (marshmallow) tube.

It's not about strong connection, but tells about the effeciency of the power flow. Both connection have a high resistance for sure... both jointer is not the best jointer..

B is unrealistic. Because if ur are realy an electrician you know A is the one that is using in building i mean when u splice in junction box.. Also when B is impossible when puting wire knot

Seeing as neither joint is insulated properly, I have to say neither. Although if you were to have soldered and heatshrinked the second (yellow) wire it would probably have more similar resistivity to an unspliced piece of wire same gauge and length.
