If anyone knows how dangerous ladders are, it's Joey Mercury and his face. Also don't forget about fire. It has been in many hardcore matches in WWE such as Edge vs Mick Foley at Wrestlemania 22 and The Dudleys vs Tommy Dreamer and The Sandman at 2005's ECW One Night Stand.
as a wrestler myself I might say, what really sucks from taking a bump on thumbtacks is not the first bump itself, in fact u barely notice them due to the adrenaline, what sucks is if u have to take more bumps after that first one because then u feel all the pain each and every time
@@Kameraman712 Doubt that he's a wrestler. You see these "as a [insert profession name] myself" posts all the time where people post their own input just to make it seem legitimate.
@@peepeepoopoo9453 It doesn't matter if he pretends to be famous or not. There's a reason to be skeptical from the things that you see posted in the comment section.
Idk if you agree or not but in my perspective Thumb tacks are the most dangerous weapon, you have seen how dangerous can this be. Mankind, Orton, edge, Jericho all of them had the taste of getting through tacks
@@shivam3154 Steel chairs are more dangerous in my opinion because they were responsible for many concussions and cte's during the attitude and ruthless aggression era. Meanwhile, thumbtacks do hurt a lot but they don't cause any severe or long term damage to your body so I consider them to be safer than some of the other weapons.
If you think about barbed wire is way more dangerous than thumb tacks because kids are allowed around thumb tacks in class but barbed wire is used to protect property like if they were on fences.
Most barbed wire in wwe today is gimmicks so it won’t tear your flesh apart but mick foley has been known to use genuine barbed wire in his matches Edge even stated in an interview that every hit he took with barbed wire from foley in their match at wrestlemania 22 hurt more then anything cause it kept sticking to their skin no matter how light the hits were
I'm sure it's been said already, but just reiterating; the most dangerous weapon is the Golden Shovel, wielded by Triple HHH circa 2001-2005, and John Cena circa 2005-2014.
@@Equalitybeforelaw Ever get bit by a 6 to 10 foot boa constrictor? Not pretty. They have anticoagulants in their saliva and very nasty rows of backward facing teeth.
the sledgehammer looks the most painful of all weapons under the apron unless it's the big show's giant steel chair that he hit sheamus with to win the match
IDK if I am right or not but in one steel cage match in NXT, the wrestlers were using trash cans and when one of them threw the trash can away, it floated. That kind of confirmed that these are very safe weapons to use
@@tattoodude8946i teach engineering. Can confirm it is definitely chipboard. For those who don't know, chipboard is a composite material, being made from wood chips (reinforcement) and glue (epoxy resin, which is the matrix). The wood supplies the strength and the glue holds it together - the inconsistency of chipboard means it can break easily or be fairly tough, this is why sometimes theu break when the wrestlers stand on it, and why sometimes it doesn't break when it takes a hit. The way it "shatters" on impact is another reason it is used, similar to the way the trash cans buckle, it just looks better for the audience.
Barbed wire.. with Mick Foley vs HHH for example, the barbed wire used against mick was real. The barbed wire used against the game was rubber. Chairs. If the rivets were taken out, they'd fall apart. The only mod to the chairs is the little bracket that keeps them from folding completely flat is removed, the rest is untouched
Sledge hammer is the safest and the deadliest weapon in WWE. Reason so because it depends how one uses it. Triple H primarily holds the both ends of the hammer with his hand and hits safely to his opponents. But if someone swings the hammer then one shot is enough to end one's career and even take away one's life.
The WWE tables have the metal support beam in the middle taken out. After Bob Holly got his back slit open because of the plastic border. WWE tend to take that off, and paint the edge of the table black.
With the kendo stick, it’s divided into 4 pieces. So on impact, it flexes which causes gaps between the pieces. And as it straightens back out, it pinches the skin which is how the bruises are formed.
Tables can be pretty nasty if they land wrong on the table and the plastic binding cuts them look up hardcore holly Hardcore Holly's back after suplexing RVD through a table.
I think the ladder is the most dangerous. The shape itself of the steps is really dangerous for the spine. There is no safe back landing. The thumbtacks can only hurt the skin, but the ladders hurt internally
I've got a unique idea on how to use chairs in WWE. Get a small wrestler to sit down on the chair, have a big wrestler pick the chair up, and then have them throw the small wrestler right at the opponent, without taking their hands off the chair.
As a kid I believed the kendo stick was the most dangerous weapon ever. I thought it was basically a bat that ripped your skin with each hit. Yea 9 yr old me didn't understand sports entertainment
Unless barbed wire gets in your temple or throat, it’s not that dangerous compared to the other weapons. If you watch indie wrestling like I used to, you will find that barbed wire is used quite often in weapons matches and the wrestlers say that while it is painful to land on the prongs, it isn’t bad compared to most weapons they use. The really dangerous weapons are chairs of course, cinder block, panes of glass which is usually break away but still crazy sharp, and light tubes among the more common weapons. Two wrestlers severely severed an artery in dangerous weapons matches involving light tubes and nearly died as a result.
Never did thumbtacks, everything else wasn't too bad with someone who knows what they're doing. Sadly on the indies we have steel trash cans, have non modified chairs, and table are fiber board or breakaway .
Stings Bat, Steiner's "Steel" Pipe, Regals Brass Knuckles, Triple H's Sledgehammer, and maybe even "Poison"Mist?! Some of the most iconic weapon's used in pro wrestling there.
The reason why Shane McMahon place the trashcan in the corner when he went to go do coast to coast is because the trashcan absorbs most of the impact instead of Shanes full Force going into your body and tables are definitely the safest weapon because when a wrestler goes through it it doesn’t hurt that much it’s just thin plywood they’re going through The sledgehammer seems like a safe weapons The top was made of rubber instead of metal but they stopped using those and now they’re using real sledge hammers that’s why when Triple H goes to use it he covers up the metal part with his hand so when use the right the sledgehammer is definitely What are the more safer weapons
I agree with the list but where would the sledgehammer that Triple H used to use be placed as I know sometimes a real one was used and I believe it caused damaged to the Undertaker once.
Kindle sticks actually do hurt people like Dominic Mysterio one time he was doing an interview with FaZe rug and and he got hit and there was a photo and it was like red all around him
thumbtacks looked the most painful lmao that shit even with just one puncture to the skin is sure is stingy and because it's small usually it is much painful
I genuinely hate some of the heel wrestlers characters but I will say all wrestlers have MASSIVE balls for doing wrestling and getting hit with weapons
Vince hitting cm punk was awesome! I know Punk hates the WWE and he should do the 12 steps of AA to get rid of those resentments! At any rate, him wrestling Vince and him being a Steve Austin fan must of been a fun highlight of his career!
I disagree a rutan cane can also be deadly...atleast with a chair shot the wrestler can clearly stop short and still sell it. Kinda hard to do that with a cane shot
