While fishing, I encountered a blind cat and spent 45 days finally gaining its trust 

Thank You John. You did the right thing for Orange. His cautious nature is probably the very actions that kept him safe on the streets. There is also a strong likelihood that he has been ill-treated by humans in the past hence being cautious about human interactions. Live long and prosper John and Orange.

A beautiful story. I saved an orange cat myself, and was rewarded over and over by him for doing that. It takes time, effort and a lot of patience, but it is so well worth it. The first time they hug and kiss you, there's nothing like it. Thank-you for joining "the club" of cat rescuers.

I just rescued a five-week-old very sick kitten from my doctor’s parking lot. He was so sick that he would’ve been dead within a day if I hadn’t picked him up. He is now my beautiful 3-month-old big fluffy creamsicle kitty boy named Sunny.

Female gingers are rare. I had a male who lived 20 years. Loved him so much!

I was so invested in this story from beginning to end. It is so well filmed and well told. I saved an orange cat many years ago. His sight became poor with age and I was able to restore it with supplements from the vet! A year ago, I injured both of my own corneas and have still not regained sight in one eye. The optometrist refused to treat it so I am trying drops on my own. Orange’s story gives me hope that I may have some improvement. I’m grateful that he shared his story and it brought tears to my eyes too. 🙏🏽 ❤

I had to teach one of my cats to use pee pads. Teaching her it was unnecessary to cover it up was challenging but now she totally understands. Easy clean up. Love this ginger. ❤

Last November I saved 4 months kitten from being rolled over in the middle of the road. After vet clinic I brought it to my second apartment as in my first one I ve already got 3 beautiful cats. So, make it short it took me 2 months to gain her trust and now she’s extremely lovely but still cautious about everything around.

This is a beautiful man to take care of Orange... This story really brought tears to my eyes and made me remember two stray cats that I also took many months to gain their trust some years ago. "Benji" & "Hobo" were feral cats I fell in love with and did my best to help them.

It's always the right time to save a life , Good Job and thank you ..

The one thing that I would have liked to have seen in this video is that Orange got her vision back (more) with the eye drops. You can see the right eye clearing up at 33:00. Having a cat love you is one of the greatest gifts!
