Now son's neglected dad is living with them as he bought a spacious high end house property and son's wife expecting a baby. Now Father is living peacefully and happily with them as a family💕🥰🤩
Five years for neglecting the father to almost to his death. They should have gotten 10 more for years total 15. For elderly neglect they could have gotten 15 years and should have. But probably got the 5 years with &5,000 fines each. Fortunately the son and his wife found him before losing him forever. Sometimes it's to late to find someone has been neglected.

The mother made have been evil for neglecting her husband, and she should be charged, but the divorce still has to split the assets between husband and wife.
Not necessarily, if the husband can show proof of how the wife spend money with her traveling the way she and her daughter did, also it doesn't tell us if there was a prenuptial agreement and it's the reason the wife spend the way she did. They may be little details but it does say a lot in a husband/wife relationship, believe me, I've seeing it happened to a friend some years back.

Poor fil, what a greedy, lazy uncaring, selfish pair to leave him suffering alone like that, after all his years of hard work to give them a privileged life. His son and Dil are lovely, caring, normal people, good job they found fil in time. Now at least the poor man will live a happier life with them and his grandchild.
