While poverty rises in Sri Lanka, gov't says economy on the mend 

A year after Sri Lanka failed to pay its international debts, the government says the economy is on the mend.
The nearly $3bn bailout from the International Money Fund is restoring some confidence.
But extensive economic reforms have left the poorest communities struggling to survive.
