Pastry Pride is a form of non-dairy whipped topping that can be used to frost and fill cakes. Whipped cream cakes are pretty popular, but can be difficult for the beginner. I'd heard of these frostings as alternatives to real whipped cream but never really used it for my desserts. Let's try together and see how this pipes, and frosts and fills a cake.
I bought mine at Smart & Final, but I think you can try either a baker's specialty store or look in stores like Sam's Club for it.
