I love whipped honey! My favorites are lemon whipped for my tea and cinnamon whip for sweet potatoes. It looks so good!

That whipped honey looks SO GOOD! So I bought a wellness honey from a small business I support and think this is what I need to do to that honey so I enjoy eating it instead of needing a beverage to mix with! It has lots of tumeric, cinnamon, and lemon wedges in it.

For chrystalized honey you just set the jars in the sun. Solar power safely melt back to a liquid 😊It will keep all the organisms alive that make raw honey better. Something I learned. I think from Cog Hill farms Brooke's video. 😊 🐝🍯

Good morning Steph. I missed your how to videos. Love watching these. I am going to try this and maybe do some hot honey. A little spicy honey on a biscuit or toast with sausage and eggs for breakfast? Who could say no. So glad you are moving back to normal. It may take a bit but you and Buddy together with support from the Morrow clan, will get there. Everyone's garden is kind of sad this year, even here in Wisconsin.
