@@Globaldave1970 eh don't feel too bad, it was quite underappreciated in Ireland in its day - in the 90s seemd that every music shop had a few scuffed and dusty copies in the racks.
I saw them live in 2011/12 in Castlebar, pure enjoyable chaos and mighty loud. Heartworm is one of the most underrated albums of the period. Gets played quite a lot at the moment by Ed on Today FM. Thank God somebody has taste and good memory.
Can't argue with that. But weren't we blessed with so much talent then But we didn't appreciate it. Alongside A House, That Petrol Emotion, Blink, Emotional Fish.
Ya know what, with all the video essays/documentaries and whatnot being bandied about on RU-vid nowadays, I do think heartworm and the story of whipping boy is well overdue one.
Strangest band ever. I bought your first two cheree singles which I have treasured all my life, even the artwork is sublime and I have tried to like later work and don’t get it. 😢 . Wish you all the best and will try to get into your later tunes.
