Dakota made my first REAL whip. I just sent her a message, hey Adam I was gifted a crunchy old working bullwhip I would love to crack but its coming apart as the user obviously did not know how to tie a hitch or replace a fall let alone the cracker. I've learned much from you and Dakota. I'm hoping one of you know someone who might be able to affordable fix this old girl I used lots of Pecards and shes now hydrated no crunchy leather but the business end is un plaited with no hitch, fall, or popper which I can make a paracord fall and I have many Kevlar poppers I've made from your tutorials. I just don't know if the antique can be fixed as the handle knot is showing the end of a metal spike so that needs addressed too, I just have no Idea if I can afford your services as my mom just died of cancer on mother's day last month so our money is tied up in the estate. I hope you read this. Thanks if you don't see I'll probably shoot you an email. I first started cracking when my mom got sick to get my mind off of cancer and the fact I was watching my mom die a slow terrible death. I appreciate all your videos Adam. And the clips I found of Dakota throwing knives as I am a avid knife collector. I own some rare balisongs and a Buck custom shop giraffe bone handle dagger, yes its a dagger made in the custom shop never been used 097 of 100 I have details if you might trade a roo hide bullwhip of your choosing the knife is long out of production but the last one went for $450 or so. If interested in a trade Dakota has my email or if you tell me, I'll email you. Keep it up bro you're the best in my humble opinion. I have always wanted a Morgan or Morgan style made by someone he taught. I just am not good enough to spend 500 to 1500 on a beautiful whip. I will attest to the high quality of dakittywhips.com as I have a BH and PH they are the best tapered whips out there for the average cracker. Don't waste money on Amazon whips bc they just add length to the longer ones and ZERO TAPER to the hitch knot. 😊
