Last time I went was in 2003! Surprised they've removed the large sea life aquarium? Pretty sure they had reptiles, wolves etc too? Or perhaps that was London ZSL? Was a school trip. I have a huge love for reptiles, crocs, snakes etc. Any recommendations where to go to see such animals please?
Hello, it was London Zoo which used to have a very large aquarium. They closed it a couple of years ago due to the age of the building and upkeep unfortunately. They do have a fantastic reptile collection and have just opened a brand new reptile house. They also have Komodo Dragons! We also found the reptiles at Chester zoo amazing ☺️. While we have not been, we have driven past Crocodiles of The World a few times on the way to Cotswold wildlife park and it is apparently very good. Hope this helps!
It is such a wonderful zoo and in the 10 years we have been members, there has been quite a bit of change for sure! We hope you get to go and explore ❤️
We love Whipsnade, but haven't been for a year or two so great to see if there are any changes. We generally bring our cars in and we turn right...... maybe we have to with the car I can't remember. I love how you can get so close to so many of the animals, especially the giraffes.

I love Whipsnade Zoo! It looks so incredible! 😍 That butterfly enclosure looks magical, and the train ride is such a fun addition. Thanks for taking us along on the tour. I was amazed by the view from beside the penguin enclosure and loved getting to see the baby rhino. Those baby meerkats are adorable and it looks like Monkey Forest will be an awesome new addition! I definitely need to put a visit to Whipsnade on my to-do list!
Yes, it is in the middle of nowhere, which is why it is so large and nice. We have seen buses running, but not sure where to go to/from. We hope you get to go!
