My User Guide says to clean the filter, but doesn't explain how to remove it. This video is exactly what I needed, thanks. Feedback; it would have been slightly better if your shadow hadn't obscured the lighting when you were removing and replacing the filters.
I just watched this video having not known that those parts even came out….. 😮needless to say, after I get some therapy for the trauma I have just received, I will be cleaning this regularly. Thank you.

This world pool dishwasher I have only had a little flat type plunger thing on top of sprayer I twisted bottom these’s nothing there I’ve been using this washer over a year it cleaned really good so is this an self cleaning dishwasher?
Nicely Done. I came for a Toyota coolant video and stayed for a how to clear your dishwasher filter :) Any thought for dealing with rodents living under the hood ? Peppermint oil & the little box with flashing lights and a high pitched sound don't seem to work. A little worried about a power washer getting water in the wrong place. Have you tried this ? Thanks
How did you get the water to drain from the spot where the filter is located? When I take out the filter, it's full of water but yours is not. I notice some videos have the water and some do not, but no one discusses how to drain it. Looking at your controls on the front, I appear to have the same dishwasher. Thanks!
My Whirlpool is obviously a different model, the controls are a different style, but it looks exactly the same as mine on the inside. I suspect that for something this simple, they all probably are the same; if the filter on yours looks like this one, it's probably the same.
