WFW70HEBW2 shuts off randomly mid cycle. door lock light flashes and tub is drained. No error code is displayed. Here I put it through Diagnostic Mode, it shuts off and drains. No consistency on when the cycle fails.
Thanks a lot! The repair guy who came by said we need a new computer board and we're waiting for that but thanks to your video we can keep washing. I have a slightly different model that showed C00 for several minutes but after that it worked again! Thanks again, this makes my life easier
Hi just wanted to share a potential fix that most people and repair people could look past I was getting constant errors during the drain or trying to spin. Tried to reset and it would work and then not work. After getting ready to call a repair person, I notice that the latch was a little loose on the door. I closed it while watching how it lined up where the latch goes into, and it was way off center. The latch mount has the ability to slide back and forth to line up (need square bit) I loosened it and realigned the latch to be centered and now on my 4th load without a single shut down with the "E1" "F3" error codes flashing back and forth.
Hi! Can you update us how’s your experience about these two machines after a long time of use? Planning to buy a pair but read different reviews, some are good some are like a nightmare to read. Hope you can help me before I regret spending. Thank you :)
It could not finish self-diagnostic mode. It stops at test c6 or C06 in this case, then goes into an automatic drain cycle. My book says to check for proper cold water valve function and heater function (get your book out it should be in a bag stuck to the underside of the top/lid). I have yet to run into a bad heater but definitely loose or disconnected wires going to it. Also, check the wires from the heater to the control board for continuity. These washers have been known to rub on the wire harness going near the tub. hope this helps! Apex-Used-Appliance-Control-Boards.
I'm following you instructions but when you get to the last part C6 my washing machine keeps going it does not stop like yours on the video why is that
Hi I had the error of F9 E1 show up, we cleared the trap and placed it back in. I ran it once and it worked great, but when I ran it again I got F3 E1 error code. Okay, unplugged it and waited to run today. It ran fine until the end, it just wouldn't stop draining and the door stayed locked. I am ordering the Water Level piece to see if it works. Is there anything else that I may look for before I give up totally and purchase a new one?
Need help our washer is same like that but when i wash the clothes water will drain during the cycle what should i do? So water will stay during the cycle then i wash the clothes.
