I have this exact model & I really like it but I may have messed up the washer. I was letting the tub fill up some with water before adding clothes but then my phone rang so I got sidetracked, well the machine filled up and began the cycle without clothes but then stopped and will not do anything now. I can hear the power when I pull the knob on but it doesn't agitate or spin it drain. I turned off the circuit breaker to reset but nothing. I cant reach to unplug from outlet because it's really snug fit against my wall. Any suggestions? If I have to move it to unplug i may just replace it but i really don't want to..
