Installed mine last week, easy fixed point through bar install . Put two kayaks on it easily and found it to be stable and quiet. Drove 1500 miles with it on (No kayaks) and didn't notice any difference in noise level or fuel mileage.
just wondering if the base attachement has scratch the paint of the car? Also is the weather stripping where the base is attached fine? I know some roof racks can destroy the weather stripping overtime from just opening and closing the door and can leak in a strong rain storm(im from seattle..lol). Thanks!
Does the through bar system allow the end caps of the bars to be locked or essentially keep someone from sliding off an attachment like the flush mount one does?
To whom it may concern: I am thinking of purchasing the Whispbar Roof Rack Though bar S16 for my 2016 Subaru WRX, my question is what Whispbar Fit Kit number i need to used for my car?. My car is a plain sedan and it is naked on ttop of the roof... I'll really apreciate if you can provide me with the FIT KIT number for my car. Please advice... Thank you
