Hi Lil, GREAT video. Very relaxing. ❤️ I was glad to hear that you had joined a gym. I wasn't sure if you had or not. It is the ULTIMATE in stress relief. Just like you, I'm waiting for it to reopen. Push-ups and sit-ups etc just doesn't cut it the same. Plus, it's a great social environment, and a grand way to start the day. Also, I was happy to hear that you WILL be pursuing your career in cosmetology. You were born for it. You'll be GREAT. ✌️ Have yourself a GRAND weekend sweetie, and stay safe. I started to walk/run more so as well and on the third day I had to take a break... I also don’t really run in the rain (yet). Do you? I mean, I’ll sometimes walk in the rain but at the moment I have a sneaker that may be too unreliable for actually running on wet pavement. And I have yet to purchase a good shoe for running. I’m not the best at it because I tire very easily, so I do increments of walking a minute then running 30-60 seconds (lol). Also, yes, I miss my family. I usually spend my birthday with them but not this year. I Skyped with my mom so I’m grateful for that. We just have to be grateful for the “little things” and hope that there are changes (good ones) coming after this happening subsides.. And rock on 🤘🏽

Can you go back doing just spoken sleep relaxation videos, that's when you are at your best.I don't understand why the people doing asmr videos find the need to add hand waving or any visuals at all when the whole point is auditory stimulation,Asmr is meant to be listened to with headphones with eyes closed and take the person on a journey special to the individual mind.

That’s interesting that you say that. I find that my tingles increase exponentially when there are visual additions to the video. I love seeing things being touched and the videos in which other people are being touched. I guess it’s sort of different strokes for different folks 😉. I have heard some people say that they do not like whisper videos and prefer soft spoken but I just love whisper and I tend to choose those every time. Either way, Lilium always brings the tingles. 💗
