Hellos Dylan , I’m using 10 GPM on this video. You are correct on the 36” you mentioned. It will spin slower because it has one 36” spray bar under it which will spin slower . On this video the mondo force has 2 separate bars under it which spin faster since they are smaller. About 24” each one .
Hello . I do pre-treat & post treat on most occasions. On this particular job I did not. Customer only wanted water .No SH. I do have a dedicated 12v system for treating.
@@dbhgc13013 Actually, even only using water can land you a fine. ANY runoff from cleaning efforts cannot enter storm drains. (Only mentioning this because you brought it up, to each there own on the risk of fines).
@@dbhgc13013 I’ve been using chemicals on driveways and houses for the last 20 years and no one has ever said anything to me. If they sale it in your local stores and the government don’t want it one the ground them take it off the market.
@@dbhgc13013 SH is biodegradable for your information, sir. Do you get fined when you use bleach in your tub in your bathroom? When that goes down to the sewer do you hold your breath not to get caught? There are neutralizers to use with SH to protect vegetation and dilution is the solution in most cases. If you have absorbent socks, preventing runoffs then the EPA will acknowledge your efforts and be on their day. I’m speaking from experience and that’s working on dumpster pads and gas stations.
Hello Shelly, absolutely. It’s to my advantage that I can finish fast. Driveways done in minutes . I actually charge more because of the rise in cost . Gas & chemicals
The price represents the value to the customer. It has nothing to do with the cost of performing the service. If the customer wants their driveway clean more than they want the money in their Bank, then they will trade one for the other.
The ‘under cutter’s’ most likely charged $45 to do the entire driveway. Mexican company charged my neighbors $25 per driveway for approximately 40 homes they made off with a lot of money in those two weeks.
Hi Kenny, those rates are very low but there’s always someone willing to do the work for less in any industry. 40 homes at $25 per driveway is only $1,000. If there all in same subdivision I’d get them all done in about 2 to 3 days tops but not at $25 or even $45.
@@lukeknighton4918 , I have 2 washers . I run a Honda 690 8 gpm with a GP TFS2021 & I also run a predator 670 10gpm with a GP TFS2021 . I do have a 525 water tank to feed them both .
