As a teen during these times, it’s been really stressful for me to take care of myself when all the tragedies around me are so heavily saturated in the news. Your videos always keep me from thinking to deeply about intrusive this information is on my mental well-being. Does anyone have advice on how to begin a yoga practice at home? I also have sleep problems (insomnia and chronic fatigue syndrome) as well as fibromyalgia and arthritis, so I’m just worried about accidentally getting hurt! But I know the benefits are plentiful, so I’m very interested in embarking on a yoga practice journey to keep forever ♾ Thank you in advance. 💜 Hello my lovely sweet Emma 💜 It’s so lovely to see you again and I hope you’re doing well. I’m trying to keep cool today but it’s not easy. We’re in the beginning of a heat wave. It’s 88°F (31°C) right now as I’m typing this comment. It’s going to be around 92°F (33°C) by this weekend 🥵. And it’s going to be hot all week next week as well. Your videos heal my soul from anything. I watched some subliminal videos yesterday and I started freaking out like there was someone in my room. I woke up after the worst nightmare I had in a long time and underneath my right eye started twitching so bad I could see it in the mirror and I freaked out even more. I had a 3 year twitching eyes on and off. But a year ago after therapy, asmr and meditation nightnares and everything healed.. But with the videos of whatever subliminal messeges I got they came all back immediately! Even at stressed days I haven't gotten that symptoms back. I only watch your asmr. You heal me and make me feel at peace and safe. Like a love of a mother. Thank you!!! Thank you!!! And Thank you!!! Edit: after sleeping and not completing all your video like always, because I have already been sleeping, I had the deepest, greatest sleep. I had a beautiful dream and my eye stopped twitching..

i was literally about to take a nap because my head hurts and I just don't want to be conscious. two months ago I had a very complicated brain surgery to remove an extremely rare brain tumor. I don't feel much pain now usually but sometimes it hurts a lot. right now is one of those times. thank you for doing what you do. I love your videos so much.

thank you. I've been trying my best. I haven't worked since April 12th when I went into the ER. I didn't know I had a tumor until then. two days later I was operated on. went into a coma for two weeks, had a bunch of complications and nearly died, and couldn't see anyone I knew for a month due to hospitals not taking visitors because of covid. it was really really hard. fortunately I have had my fiance taking care of me. I'd be in a terrible place without him and my friends/family who have contributed to the fundraiser i made (since neither of us can work). sometimes it's really hard to be alive but others make it easier to keep fighting.

Wonderful video, Emma. I’m several hours late watching this, but man was it worth the wait. I had a rather long and chaotic day today, so this was just what I needed to help me relax and wind down before getting ready for bed. Everything sounded wonderful in this. I especially enjoyed the gentle fabric rustling, wooden crystal grid, and singing bowl sounds, as well as all of the hand movements in this, so thank you for including all of those.
