Lord of Glory by Whitaker featuring Tyler Joseph of twenty one pilots. Stay Alive |-/ Follow me if you want: Instagram: @blurryfloue Twitter: @alizairis
In honor of twenty one pilots' new album Clancy being released today, I made a lyric video for one of my favorite songs on the album, "Paladin Strait": ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4tN0VEk3IAI.html I have been creating twenty one pilots videos for 8 YEARS now, and I want to give a huge thank you to everyone who have stuck around with me. You guys are awesome. Lastly, if you are struggling or just need the listening ear of a friend, feel free to shoot me a message on my instagram: @alizairismedia I would absolutely love to talk with you
More rational than "nothing happened to nothing, which created something, which exploded and created fish, which then turned into humans"....seems A LOT more logical to me haha, but its ok, I can't force my beliefs on you, as christian we can and should only testify about what we believe and about what God has made in our lives :)
this isn't top this is Tyler but uhm i thought i had listened to it all but there is an infinite amount of undiscovered lost forgotten Tyler joseph and josh dun songs like duuude
It's very special to preach without preaching . . to spiritually touch those who in their heart fight every attempt . . .this is why this group is special . . .I'm 46 . . I listened to all of their music and all of them have Christian themes that touch without having to say they are Christian . . .they let the message and the music speak for itself and respect you as a fan to make your own decisions on what you take from it . . .
I fell a bit far from my faith- I'm a Catholic, and I became fed up with the scrictness and hatred I witnessed in the Church. But after questioning my faith, I have become closer to God. I learned that I don't need to follow everything the Church teaches, and as long as I love God, my neighbor, and try my best in life, then that's all He can ever ask of. This song reminds me of my love for Him. Stay strong, tøp fans. Sending much love from Russia.
Dont ever follow what men says!!!Follow the One that matters, Jesus! There are a lot of false teachings out there!!! Dont be a chatolic, try to follow Christ and be a christian, that’s the Truth, not religion or what men says
Don't follow the Church. It's made up of people. People will fail you. They're imperfect and can be deceitful. Yes, go to Church! Find a good one, but follow God's Word, The Bible!
I've dealt with similar feelings, glad to hear others feel this way, I feel like the only thing that matters is the personal relationship between you and God.
this song really preaches without preaching, really explains what God has done for us and what he will do for us. really amazing song, been listening to this song alot now, really makes me think about how much he has done for us.
i love seeing tyler worship the Lord, he led me back to Him, and every time i see him, and other people i love and care about worship so fully, it just fills me with the spirit and i get immeasurable joy. PRAISE THE LORD! |-/
Tyler has this way of making religion relatable. I'm athiest but I feel his faith through his own music and in these songs. Some religious songs I can't stand, but he makes them so so good. I love it.
Having faith in Jesus is not religious. Religion is working for something, Jesus already did the work. All you have to do is have faith and trust in Jesus. The peace and unconditional love that comes with His grace and mercy is so fulfilling! Joshua 1:9
@@iamaboanranger7535 Wow I hope this is true that's incredible God is good and loving just remember that it's all you need to know Jesus is the Lord of glory
I used to be an atheist because I thought it was the most logical thing and I thought historical and scientific proof were stacked against christianity but I read a book and it completely changed my opinion on that. I find the proof to actually be very overwhelming. I'm gonna copy and paste a comment I left someone who said something like "Who would ever be so stupid and irrational to believe in god" so excuse anything I say that's directed to them I just thought you might be interested in some of my arguments for christianity. I HIGHLY recommend looking into apologetics also! Here's the comment: The scientific community has come to the same conclusion as christians about the origin of the universe and that is that it essentially all appeared out of nowhere. I don't say this to be condescending even though you yourself were 4 years ago. I'm not even trying to get you to become christian. I'm just trying to help you respect other people's views more. But are you more inclined to believe that the entire universe all appeared one day from nothing than to believe that an eternal god created it. At least one of these schools of thought has a cause for the effect. Not only that but the intricacies of the universe, earth, animals, and humans are just insane. Imagine a ruler or an old-fashioned linear radio dial and imagine it goes all the way across the universe. It would be broken into one inch increments which means there would be billion upon billions of inches. Let's say the dial represents the range of force strengths in nature, with the weakest being gravity and the strong nuclear force that binds protons and neutrons together in the nuclei being the strongest. Now imagine you move the dial one inch from where it's currently set, the impact on the universe and life would be catastrophic. The small adjustment would increase gravity by a billion-fold. Now I can't believe our fortune to be living at exactly the right spot is a coincidence and that the universe appeared one day without a cause. I don't know about you. If logic and rationality is truly what you care about then challenge your own views and look into other people's. If you're so confident in yours it shouldn't be a problem. I got that little thought experiment from "The Case For Christ Daily Moment Of Truth" by Lee Strobel and Mark Mittelberg. If you want more than that check out "The Case For Christ" by Lee Strobel. The first book is a devotional with each page being short and sweet and talking about the proof for a creator and for that creator being the god of the Bible. The second book is an atheist journalist from the Chicago tribune asking scholars challenging questions about "contradictions" in the Bible and proof for christianity and eventually deciding the proof for christianity was so great it would take more faith to stay an atheist and that's exactly what happened to me. A year ago I was you and now I'm here. You have to ask yourself what would make someone change so drastically and look into it for yourself. I wish you luck friend and I'll pray for you.
Yesss my smol little Christian boi. I think that's one reason why I clicked with TØP more than any of the other emo quartet bands, because they share my faith.
Idk if you've listened to No Phun Intended, but it's an album he made when he was 17ish. Then there's all the demos and stuff that you mat or may not have heard. But yeah. There's _a lot._ 😆😊
I kinda want to go to church now. (Jul 2nd 2021 edit: Got saved at church camp in the last week) (Dec. 16 2023 edit.) went through a year of good and bad, but with God by my side. Baptism was awesome btw
Beautiful scenery to fit his - once again - beautiful and vulnerable lyrics. Thank you, Tyler, for staying true to your beliefs! Don't let the industry get to you. I'll keep praying for you! This world needs you! God bless!
I’ve been raised in a Christian environment all my life. I’m making this comment at 3:14 am because I was looking to see others Christians views and ideas yet I stumbled upon this, the best part is I’m already part of the Clique. So I’ve fallen even deeper into the clique but at the same time I found a song that they sang about my faith and beliefs.
If your listening to this song right now to hear tyler its not an incident its God who called you to hear this song He wants you to see his love just how he did to the life of Tyler. Its the time that you need to know God through this song to encounter him.
I was actually struggling with my faith when I found tøp's music, and it gradually helped me regain it. Unfortunately, I'm struggling again after about a year and a half. It keeps going off and on. :'(
My amigo Fernando got me hooked upon Twenty One Pilots, and to know that their music has such deep means about God and Christianity, is truly great, love their music Praise God
Man I just discovered this song with o come Emmanuel which is also from tyler.... Since then i just can't stop loving the song.... Today I almost lost faith but i prayed a little and now i discovered this song and i can't stop thinking about what God has done for me... I love Jesus Christ he's the king of kings 💙😌
I'm so happy to hear you prayed and came back to god. That's so amazing you can do that. Idk if it's hard times or "lack" of proof that makes you drift away but for hard times: god never promised life would be easy. In fact he said it will be hard sometimes. But this isn't the end. In heaven nothing that hurt you on earth will even cross your mind anymore. Even when it's hard down here there will come a day of pure and eternal joy. Now for "lack" of proof. First, I wanna say I'm praying for you and I care about you. Second, here's a comment I left someone who said "Imagine being so stupid and irrational that you think god exists" so just ignore all the stuff that's specific to them and just take in the information. I reallllly hope it helps you. Here it is: The scientific community has come to the same conclusion as christians about the origin of the universe and that is that it essentially all appeared out of nowhere. I don't say this to be condescending even though you yourself were 4 years ago. I'm not even trying to get you to become christian. I'm just trying to help you respect other people's views more. I wonder if you would like any of Kanye West's christian music? I hate christian music honestly but Jesus Is King and some of Donda I really like for christian music even though I'm not a big rap fan. My favorite song by Kanye is Water!
Ok but I had no idea Tyler even believed in god, I’ve listened to their music but never really read or aches much about Tyler and josh, but wow the lyrics in this, man. And it sounds so good as well! I’m freaking out over here lol.
im jewish and don't believe in jesus but tøp is my everything even tho they're a christian band and it makes me happy to see how strong and pure their love for him
I'm so happy you respect them! I feel like christians sometimes get kind of a beating from pop culture. I just had to say idk if you're at all interested in doing any research to see if Jesus is the messiah but you could check out maybe some playlists on my channel or read "The Case For Christ" by Lee Strobel or watch him explain proof for the resurrection on RU-vid. I totally understand if you don't want to I just thought maybe if you were ever curious I'd give you somewhere to start. Also Jesus fulfilled so many of the prophecies from the Torah/Old Testament. Some of which people easily could've gone out of their way to stop him from fulfilling yet they didn't even though they would've liked to. Anyway I'm done hahah
@@jenev9787 thank you so much for being respectful and understanding but as you were saying i'm not really intrested in doing reserch about this topic as i have my belief and it's something else.. but againg thank you for being kind and offering me where to start if i wanted to 🥰
Lyrics Oh let your roots of love wrestle me, tangle me God I hate to really lose a fight But not this time, it's alright. (2x) I feel your energy working me, building me Now I've got a new identify looks like me, but its unseen. Jesus you are the Lord of Glory (2x) Jesus you are (2x) I hear Your call Raise the gate lift me up You took away The veil from me there's so much light it's so bright Jesus you are the Lord of Glory (2x) Jesus you are (2x) The light, the light that is burning bright You're the light, the light that is burning bright (2x) Jesus you are the Lord of Glory (2x) Jesus you are (2x)
I like to believe that the "Jesus you are" part is sang by Josh Dun. And that makes me almost cry. Like imagine this would be his voice and his thoughts omgoat
so one of my buds told me that the dudes in top are christian so i had to see for myself and this is GOOD. there needs to be more christian music like this.
I just wish that Josh would open up about what he is going through! We all want to know!!! Btw GREAT SONG TYLER!! I have literally played this song like 50 times already and it hasnt gotten annoying yet!! This is definitely my favorite worship song right now and no other song is going to beat it for a long time!!!
