I think he sounds exactly like Jean-Claude Van Damme...it makes everything he cooks seem so incredibly intense that I HAVE to watch till the end just to see what happens! Of course the delicious food and sense of humor help too.. lol 😰😎😁👍❤👏

That cake looked so yum! I also loved the technique he used to make the white chocolate shavings. And his music selection in the beginning...magic! The minor notes were totally on point.
I made this cake for Father’s Day it was absolutely delicious. My father is more of a lemon kind of guy, so instead of cherry I filled it with a lemon curd and drenched the lady finger biscuit in a lemon liquor concoction. Absolutely delicious.

Never thought of white forest cake, and of course chef Bruno, executed it perfectly, as always. Like the idea of white chocolate shavings. Cake looks distinguish and white chocolate gives a delicious twist for sure! :)

Is the sponge cake supposed to be dry when it comes out from the oven? The only moisture my cake had when I made this came from the syrup and cream, is this right?

Don't be sorry that you are doing Keto! I have been in Keto for 5 years now, and many of Bruno's deserts I convert in Keto. Just use instead of regular flour- almond flour + 2 tbsp of coconut flour. Instead of sugar, use monk fruit, alulose, bocha, or swerve (granule or powder). In rest, use Bruno's ingredients. Enjoy!😊
