Super interesting information. I think this deck has a VERY high ceiling and is going to be around the current and future formats a lot, as people get use to it more and more.
I think part of the reason the Toy variant is so popular is because the Toy cards are CHEAP AF. The whole engine will cost you $1.50, compared to $6 for one Tip or $30 for one Primera. Of course, budget isn't always a factor when people are playing $1,000+ decks, but it's worth pointing out
Yeah I’m basically trying something similar, was trying dragon link white forest, the bystials seem to go the best part about it considering my guy chaos angel and dispator but now to try and cut the fat and make this deck lean and mean lol
Been loving my Melodious Toy White Forest build. Not only can I pivot away from White Forest plays when Drolled or Deck Lockdowned because asides from Refrain, Couplet and 1st Movement, Melodious does not search or summon from deck whatsoever, having Refrain and Couplet as scales allowed me to play around certain handtraps like Imperm, which would often be a turn ender for the deck. Very flexible and been testing for 2 weeks now with a roughly 70% win-loss. Still iffy about ratios, but I can’t wait to take it to a locals to truly test out the deck in a real world setting. Currently 45 cards, but would love to cut it down to 40-42.
One of my favorite endboards going first I like to make is Dark Dragoon, Visas Armitara, and Diabell Queen with Woes and Reframing set. This can be done with a combination of Ezlete/Silvy/Astellar and Toy Box/Toy Soldier. Going into Muddy Mudragon, into Albion, into Dragoon is very satisfying to be able to push through Nib.
The deck can play ANY floodgate Elzette turns most Floodgates into a vanity’s emptiness turn off effect since its cost to send the spell or trap for the effect.
Ive been testing White Forest Witchcrafter. You dont have to normal summon them theyre just there for the muddy mudragon synchro into Albion into Vice Madam
@@HakunaMyData makes sense way too much options for this deck to put out especially with different engines or combination of archetypes. Still a really interesting breakdown you did there!
