@@allieauton Hey, I’m not sure if you aware but there is a number of people who have not received their orders since last October and they have blamed it on the Black Friday sale. There is also a number of people awaiting their refunds from returned orders they have done. They are ignoring all emails and posting on social media 24/7. It’s all over tiktok and I myself have experienced the same issue but luckily my bank has supported me and I have got my money back. Unfortunately this isn’t the case for all people and a lot of people are upset with the terrible customer service. Mean while they actively post on social media and are actively doing influencer events on fancy boats etc. Not to mention this is a brand who steals other peoples designs. Love watching your videos and I won’t stop watching them either but be carful who you choose to work with😊 Thanks for listening!

I’m not usually on tiktok so that must be why I’ve missed it 😭 I’m so sorry that this has happened to you, I’m glad you were able to get your money back from your bank! I know that from a business owners point of view (with Callie Swim) it’s been really hard managing issues with Australia Post at the moment & therefore refunds. I purchased from WF myself on Boxing Day & had to return a few items to exchange for a different size & Australia Post lost my return package 😭 so now that’s been a process getting them to organise a refund to WF. I do feel bad for businesses right now with Covid & delays but I totally get yours & everyone else’s side of things too, it would be incredibly frustrating 😞 Hopefully they can get on top of things soon!!! 🤍
