Nagito for starters has the thinnest frame and also the longest neck of the bunch and also I would think his back would hurt from carrying a fridge into his dorm from g*d knows where and like also he probably has cramps from being left on the floor for too long. also like hed have been sitting for hours and has no supernatural ability and definitely takes his 8 hours for granted. additionally he definitely owns a gaming pc and uses it regularly like his rooms Way too clean hes clearly spending all his time on his chair on his computer otherwise the stuff in his room would be used. im a firm believer that nobodys truly organized so this points slighlty biased but to be honest why ru making the mess in the first place if you have to clean things so much that ur good at it. now his luck ability might have the ability to cure him but theres always a back and forth dynamic with his talent. so its totally plausible for him to have excruciating back pain at the cost of feeling no other kind of aching as it is never mentioned that he was ever under any circulatory pressure from being tied up and the one part where the one thing happens he makes 0 audible noise. like im sure that kind of noise would have carried over whatever loud droning noise he put on. anyways ryos next this is a bit of a hot take but his driving posture is TERRIBLE my goodness. i watched ep 1 of dmc and my eyes WIDENED n shi. also his travels likely leave him stuck in planes and air transit for hours so its plausible to conclude that his involuntary sedentariness combined with his already lax lifestyle (see his house, the dudes always on a couch and relies on protruding extra features to move around. hes getting 0 work on that trapezius teres infraspinatus group n his rhomboids would be straightup lacroixed as you said. the impression of em but not actually functionally existing. like you look @ his frame see 0 power and all his dangerous traits extrude from him (a la wings, gun, 17 breadsths). finally kaworu. kaworu is likely genetically skinny because he irradiates an insane amount of swagger and confidence 0 nerd neck ever also he is often shown being outside and swimming, plus antarctic cold would feel SO good on a tender back like to that degree itd straightup remove the spinal pain and replace it with numbness or something. also everything he does in the show is a physical action his own body makes unlike ryos extruding features, so hes most likely correctly aligned because of his regular activities involving the muscle groups. the counter to this is that he is physically built like the other two but hes also just 15 so its entirely possible that his youth can handle common back straining activities. also he has the AT field thing to reenforce his spine since he doesnt rlly feel himself to be a human so he can just do that and have a perfect spine literally wish i was him. those r my thoughts at least, nagitos talent is the biggest variable but that simultaneously makes him have the most pain potentially.
