Not true. Israel was bombing both the West Bank and Gaza throughout the entire 2023. In fact, the bombing in Gaza in September 2023 resulted in some of the heaviest civilian death and infrastructure destruction in decades. How was Hamas's attack on Oct 7th, them ending a cease fire, when they had been bombed by Israel just a couple of weeks prior?
