I think the party was well aware how bad Biden was too, and manipulated for an early debate to force the issue before it was too late. It doesn't take 12 days to recover from jet lag. That international trip ended 12 days before the debate. What happened to I had a cold lie? If he did have a cold, did it last for 2 years. It is hard to have dementia and not have a telepropter to tell him what to say. Just having a bad night is an indication that his dementia is at the early stages and will be getting worse.
