kaye weed Well, blues did originate from the black slave movement and from the work songs that they would sing while in the fields. So yeah, blues is a black thing. Doesn't mean white people can't sing it though, but you do have to acknowledge its origins.

A GREAT example of what can happen if one has the ABILITY to BELT IT OUT, steps up to the plate, and likely DOESN'T worry too much about what others think.
