I'm f2p other then the occasional pass for 4.99 but they have a white lily event. Do 50 bounty missions and get a 80 lvl power up. Play daily and do the reward quests for white Lily's gatcha banner currency. Doing that I've already gotten 40 pulls and I've gotten a white lily at 80 1 start so far. It's called grinding for a reason.

I saw someone on the leader board got her to 80 and 5A 😭 , I just got my silverbell to 3 stars and no white lily yet

i’ve gotten 2 epics within 15 pulls. Both times I prayed for it to be white Lily.

I got three of her (and a concert super epic too) from silverbell pull and none from the actual white lily gatcha and my silverbell is at 1 star same as her. Genuinely confused (as I liked silver bell a lot and was legit aiming to at least 3 star him and...somehow. welp.
