WHITE PEACH COBBLER
6 cups of fresh white peaches, skinless
½ cup butter,melted
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
Slivered almonds
In a large pot, add water and blanch the peaches to remove the skin. Cut peaches into pieces
In a bowl, add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla and milk. Whisk everything together to thin batter.
In a Pyrex, add melted butter and pour the batter on top of the butter. Distribute the peaches over the batter and sprinkle the slivered almonds. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for about one hour. Serve warm or cold.
SAPATO DE PÊSSEGO BRANCO
6 xícaras de pêssegos brancos frescos, sem pele
½ xícara de manteiga derretida
1 xícara de farinha multiuso
1 xícara de açúcar
1 xícara de leite
1 colher de sopa de fermento em pó
1 colher de chá de canela
1 colher de chá de baunilha
½ colher de chá de sal
Amêndoas em fatias
Em uma panela grande, adicione água e escalde os pêssegos para retirar a casca. Corte os pêssegos em pedaços
Em uma tigela, adicione a farinha, o açúcar, o fermento, o sal, a baunilha e o leite. Bata tudo até obter uma massa fina.
Num pirex, adicione a manteiga derretida e despeje a massa por cima da manteiga. Distribua os pêssegos sobre a massa e polvilhe as amêndoas lascadas. Asse em forno pré-aquecido a 350ºC por cerca de uma hora. Sirva quente ou frio.

Looks absolutely delicious yummy yummy. 🙂 I just made your wonderful sweet rice with lemon flavored Jello pudding my family just loved it . 😃 My daughter told me to add some lemon zest to it next time for extra lemon flavor. My daughter is used to using real egg yolk add lemon zest but she said it was quite delicious . 🙂 Thank you so much for your wonderful recipes . Do you have simple recipes when it comes to canning vegetables as well as eggs in glass jars with vinegar and salt . 🤔 Thank you so much. 🙂

I usually add lemon zest to it. I did a lot of eggs with vinegar.
