@@AstralLaVista I once watched this horror movie about horror movie tropes. They all had to die in the order of the tropes or some ancient evil would be released. The black guy died first, then the jock/hero trying to protect the uhhhh...promiscuous girl, then the promiscous girl died, then the nerd, until it was finally left to the joker/sarcastic rebel and the sweet virgin girl who was supposed to be the last one standing.
@@minkmonk5387 do you remember it's name? I saw a film recently called iron sky which is about moon nazis and that film chose to make the black guy the protag rather than the first guy to die which was refreshing
Eldrich horror appears when he opens the oven *Slams oven* "YO KYLE COME IN HERE REAL QUICK" "Yeah Im just gonna need you to look into the oven really quickly, I need to go get something from the other room" *Screaming from the kitchen*
@@iambutterpuppy1143 Or looking at The Thing: "That dog doesn't sound right. Say, Britney.. Didn't you want to have one of those tiny dogs in a bag like Paris Hilton? Look at this thing."
Funny stuff. I miss when we used to just be able to joke like this and no one got all offended, claiming to be woke and canceling somebody. This is real comedy. Where u just laugh and don't get caught up in all ur sensitive little feels. God I hate today 😒
@@Amita8505 it was funny and I laughed out loud but a lot of times I feel like racist jokes are told by people that do have some racist tendencies and it comes across in the jokes presentation
@@dr.a2160 I think that may be part of the joke. People getting weird about normal things. Didn't find it funny myself. I think most people would know you include the word actor. Then it doesn't sound weird.
it's good satire. where the butt of the joke is the ridiculousness of prejudice itself rather than the group experiencing it. he gets it right every time.
@@kiraoshiro9251 To me that hits the nail right on its head about why a lot of people don't seem to "get" this type of humour. They seem to think that finding it funny makes them racist when the humor is precisely about the absurdity of things like racism, sexism and such. Makes me wonder if they're not actually bigots lmao.
@@Willie6785Not everybody who gets offended or says that xyz joke is inappropriate is wrong all the time or sensitive. Some jokes are literally meant so that you laugh at the people your making the joke on rather than laugh with them. That's the type of joke I find inappropriate. Most anti-trans jokes are jokes that are just, "X identifies as Y" or "My pronouns are xyz" and they are always garbage because it shows lack of understanding and promoting false narratives that demeans a group of people. In Alex's case the humour obviously isn't anti-black, it's more of the exaggeration of the prejudice to stupid levels. That's not laughing at black people rather than at the prejudice and stereotype of black people.
I love how this guy is literal centimeters from being cancelled but he knows exactly how close he can get to that line and never seems to cross it. And I’m 100% here for it😭
Not really. White folks can make jokes. It's just when some white folks make "jokes" they're not really jokes and they're just racists/bigots/ignorant. This guy just happens to be white and he's makes jokes. It's not that hard a concept to get
@@martinroner5688f course there is, where are you from? Clearly not the US. Everyone here loves fried chicken. It’s delicious. You think KFC can become an international brand based off 13% of the US population?
@@misanthropicservitorofmars2116 everyone likes fried chicken, obviously 😑 what I'm asking is, if there's truth to the specific stereotype, that black people love it more than is normal or healthy, as it is made out to be. And yeah, I'm damn glad to not be from the US.
Eddie Murphy did a hillarous skit on this that black people don't get cast in horror films cuz they would never stay in these haunted houses as long as stupid white people that need to go and "check it out" (all the paranormal activity). 😆
😂😂you can't have a good horror movie without a black guy dying first. Every good production company knows that!! Plus he's not Racist, the computer is😂😂.
Nah, man. A white man in a horror movie would go “Jimmy, are you there? Jimmy??” A black man would just go “F**K JIMMY! JIMMY’s DEAD!!” and run straight out.
@@StrangeTerror how do you know if theres an unkown bias to begin with, or if the algorithm is purposely keeping it going Racism is TAUGHT Its not given out at birth dummy
I watched a video once that said that the black person tends to be basically a tool that, when lost (when they die), makes the situation feel more dire
Common sense is subjective. Different kinds of common sense play different roles in different scenarios. Streets smart common sense doesn't work in an immortal serial killer scenario, any more than a rocket scientists common sense would apply to political scenario.
@@tamikow7630 cancel culture I was talking about cancel culture. It wasn’t about him at all you literally can’t cancel someone if they don’t give a fuck.
They probably won't. He's not tone deaf and knows how to present it as a joke and satire. The people that actually get cancelled as apposed to just having a little hate on twitter and call it "being cancelled" actually usually do something pretty terrible.
I was finishing brushing my teeth while watching this and legitimately spit out the water I was rinsing with onto the countertop when I heard the joke at the end lol
