Hi Robert, You must build a large aviary for your pheasants. Use large bamboo posts and a net around it. Also, you can take those pheasant eggs and let a broody hen hatch them. Thus, you will have a lot of rare pheasants in a very short period of time.
Broody hen is definitely a good idea. This method has been used for years for geese, ducks and pigeons. A well-known, classic but extremely effective method. When you take the eggs of pheasants and put them under a chicken, the chicken waits until the eggs hatch and then takes care of the hatched chicks as if they were its own chicks.
Hello Robert watching from California. That’s a huge coop for those pheasant they will have more room to breathe! You are always feeding your your herd with nutritious food you are the best! Stay safe and healthy.🙏♥️🙏

An aviary is suitable for the pheasants. They can walk among the small trees and plants and they can soak in sunshine, too. The enclosure includes the plants and small trees ,of course,
It’s sad to see them living in closed cages and now in a gloomy enclosed house! Either set them free or build an open aired aviary with trees inside for them to fly and perch on. They will thrive well then.
Hi Robert, hope your week is going good. I am glad you did this video on the pheasants because we were all wondering how they were doing. From watching your videos, although you have a "no frills" farm, we have seen you take care of your animals, and I don't see any abused animals. I dont want to tell you weather you should free or raise the pheasants. However, I would do research on the internet on how to raise them, because they are a specialty bird and do require conditions unique to them in the wild. If there was some way of making a tall aviary around a tree and with more sunlight it might be better for them. I dont profess to know much in this department, but I feel, as you always have shown us, you will do your best, and thats all anyone can expect. Usually when chickens eat their eggs it's because they need calcium in their diet, could be the same with the pheasants. Thank you Robert and all the best to your Mom ❤❤Suzanne USA
Robert, watching your video while feeding your pigs, I feel so depressed watching those piglets fighting for their food and then you will see them their feet in between those rotten pillars of woods, hope they don’t break their feet.
You Are Very Kind Suzanne and I Wish To Send My Warmest Regards & Thank You For Your Invaluable Advice On Robert 's Behalf . I ' m From Singapore and W🤔NDER Why On Earth Does He Want To Keep Pheasants In The First Place . Maybe he Doesn ' t Know That They May Be An Endangered Species That Belongs To The Wild 😬💦
Hello Robert, you do so much for your mother and the chickens, great respect for your actions and achievements, but you have been treating your pigs very badly for a long time. The stables need cleaning and repairs, you have shown countless times that you can do things differently. If you sell 2-3 young pigs, you should be able to afford the building materials. Things should not go on like this, I hope many people agree with me and join me. Greetings Harry, alternative farmer from northern Germany
You are right, the pigs area is filthy and the little pigs slide in the filth. He use to be really good taking care of the animals and clean the containers before feeding them now everything is very gross.
I see so many videos on farms in Vietnam n they hv all upgraded n built nicer n brick buildings. This guy just want more money but never make his living conditions better or upgrade his farm cleaner. His own living area is filthy n so are the animals. He don't bathe his pigs regularly. I too grow up in rural areas when I was young n my mum rear pigs. Our pig barns are clean everyday n bathe our pigs once a day.
Suggest Robert to build a strong bamboo structure for them to fly onto to rest on, 'a sort of pretend' tree branch for them to rest as though they are in the forest....? Then they may not be that scare when you enter the pen. They like to take refuge when they feel 'threatened' (by human presence..... At this point they 'feel' bare n exposed ...
If you remember, when he first caught the peasant, he kept them in the same place but released them when he said he did not know how to raise them domestically. Then he bought 3 birds from the hunter( 1 escaped), before putting them in the enclosure. Wonder why he changed his mind and still decided to keep them. Must be because of the white pheasant! 😊
The last pigpen you brought the food should be repaired. The floorings are loose and have a lot of gaps and the pig’s foot are caught in between and might injure your pigs and I don’t think you’ll want that to happen. This is just my opinion as I saw one pig’s foot cave in their haste to eat. They were starving. I hope you’ll find some time to maintain n check what repairs should be done. Thanks much for your ears. Please be careful yourself since you don’t seem to have enough rest in between your various projects. You’re all alone n must be extra careful n nobody is close enough where you live. I’m worried for your safety when I watch your videos. You don’t even drink water to hydrate n that’s not right. Take care always Bob okay? God bless.
I have pet silver pheasants ( they're called silver Not white pheasants) I bought from a legit aviary farm which they import from the US aviaries. They're really to have bigger pens for them to breed during breeding season, it varies which country you are. Here in the Philippines, they breed between middle of January till late June.. They seldom incubate their eggs, you've got to incubate them thru incubator or thru hens😊
Whole corn alone is not a complete feed. They might be looking for protein, so they ate the eggs. Adding some meat, or ground beans, peas would add protein.
The pheasants will eat their own eggs because they're either not getting enough variety in nutrition or they feel insecure in their location to raise their young or both. A larger enclosure with black wire or plastic fencing, green vegetation and water source inside making it more realistic habitat will help. My birds literally packed each other's eyes out because my enclosure was too men made. Once I made it larger and made a more natural habitat inside it they did okay. They need to have a perch to sit on, a big tree branch will do.
The piggies are growing nicely.. Robert i think you need a bigger nest for the pheasants for them to settle comfortably for a long period. Their legs an tail require room to spread when it sits on the eggs?no? Alternatively, you could just put down dry banana leaves and hay on the ground for them to lay .
I think Robert their hungry that's why they eat their own eggs, put additional food to their plate so they lay eggs from time to time especially with full food in the bucket...
As much as I enjoy your videos I strongly disagree with the capture and horrible conditions of the pheasants. A dark miserable shed for birds that should be free. It's WRONG.
Perhaps after breeding it could be release back into the wilds. It's a different country and culture. People live off the land and gather whatever food is available to them in the forest. No matter, it's a lifestyle that is, best suited to that country. Please try not to judge. It's sad but that's life. You recall the hunter who caught them(3) and in order to save them Robert exchanged more than a dozen of his chickens to the hunter who had a large brood of children to feed. 1 flew away. Which I do not hold high hope for its survival. The hunter will be back to hunt when the chickens run out (for food for his family). Robert's way offered another chance for the pheasants to survive. You recalled he did release the phoenixes after observing that they may not do well, domesticated... I think Robert should be applauded for his humane practices, towards farming in the wilds and rearing animals in the wilds to take to the market.. ❤ 👍
Hi Robert Thank you for showing us the pheasants. I do agree with every body your pheasant needs trees and more sunlight. Also, they need a lot of space. Your pigs also needs new tent. Too much holes might hurt your pigs. They keep falling down on those big holes. Another thing, skinny pigs don't look too good.
I agree with all the comments of giving them places to roost and instead of that tiny little nest, make a huge corner of straw or banana leaves, they are not a tiny bird like a chicken. They should have netting so they can feel like outside, not that brick building with no windows. We used to raise turkeys and had to supply them a fencedvin run, with an enclosure to get out of the rain, they are not stupid, they will find a dry spot. Putting the eggs under a chicken is good, but crush up all the enpty chicken eggs and feed it tobthem, they need grit and calcium to produce strong eggs.
Hi Robert, if you want to keep the pheasants you must make them happy. Build a large aviary with some three of them, they sleep in the tree at night, you can use the use large bamboo posts and a net around and above it. As others FC said, take some of those pheasant eggs and let a broody hen hatch them. It's sad to keep them in a small place like that.
This video is absolutely fascinating! Watching the white pheasants lay eggs and seeing Robert build a house to raise them is truly inspiring. The dedication to creating a safe and nurturing environment for the pheasants in the green forest is admirable. 🐦🏡🌿🌟
I don’t like the pheasants caged AND DEFINITELY NOT IN THE JAIL HOUSE THEY ARE IN NOW!! READ WHAT YOUR VIEWERS SUGGEST YOU DO AND MAKE A PROPER AVIARY FOR THE PHEASANTS PLEASE!, ALSO HAVE A LOOK AT YOUR PIG HOUSES THEY ARE FALLING APART AND THESE POOR ANIMALS ARE FALLING THROUGH THE FLOOR ALL THE TIME!, SHAME! 🫢😣😏😒🫢😒Nina
Hi Robert....Needless to say, another exciting video from you. I get to see you having a relaxing time with Mao, getting the pheasants a bigger place, with a repaired roof top and an acrobatic balancing act too. I think the pheasants need something to hang onto when they fly, so that they do not fall down. Also some green plants will make their suroundings more pleasant and conducive. Also the piglets tiny legs are getting through the wood planks and are slippery too. You are a very busy man and needs time to do all this but I know you will do all these things in good time. Your mom looks so much better. Take care until I see you again in another video. Good Night. n ✝ Peace and Blessings.
I agree with robert raising them... because in his country, they are considered food. Why not try to raise some and keep that species alive... They are hunted daily over there
They seldom lay eggs on the nest, they usually lays egg in a certain spots they like when in captivity, you just have to incubate them with other hens or incubator 😊
Great content Robert…this is how you live … this is a way of life for you. Yes its being recorded and aired but at the end of the day, this is your life’s story being shown through a lens…very few ppl would be willing to give up their creature comforts to live and put in proper graft like you do day in and day out…. Keep the content coming mate …🎉🎉🎉🎉
Watching and following your vlog/videos BUT regarding about the PEASANTS bird , Either they’re free loss or build a 3-4x bigger cage than the current or a place that they can fly freely and call it their home.
A good new day. Another meaningful day when watching your videos. You know,Robert, you are a smart and strong guy. You know how to do your job well. Always following you
Robert saved theae bird period. . Remember these were a meal for a hunter whether you agree of what Robert is doing doesnt change the fact that in the jungle they are hunted to be killed.
Robert..ive been your follower since youve started vlogging..just a request plsssssss.....release those wild birds into the wild..they maybe comportable on their natural habitat..(being wild).
Robert rescued these pheasants from a hunter who was going to eat them. If he were to release them back into the wild, they would likely be hunted again, and possibly go extinct. These birds are quite rare.
Jd ksihan tengok2 gk yg buat panjat. Smngat & slam dr indonesia.
Stop faking it. Those are chicken eggs. Those two birds are not settling yet. They don’t lay many eggs, and the nest is not clean.
