And the painful thing is that how come the intelligent unit of the country failed to see this. Which means even us residents we must open our eyes and also the traditional leaders must require the documents when someone from outside the county come to their village to do business or any other activity and verify the documents with police and home affairs.

Road building , repairing water infrastructure, assist in building community houses. Five years of service and then the equivalent of the GI bill in the USA ….. opportunity to study further at state cost. Teachers, accountants, businessmen. Put our tax money to good use.
