White sauce macaroni ek tarhan ka pasta dish hai, jismain macaroni ko ek creamy aur milky sauce mein cook kiya jata hai. Sauce main maida, makhan, aur doodh ka istemal hota hai, jo isko ek smooth aur velvety texture deta hai. Isme thoda sa namak, kali mirch, chicken aur optional tor par kuch vegetables bhi add kiye ja sakte hain. Ye ek comfort food hai jo apko zaroor pasand aayega.
Here's a simple white sauce macaroni pasta recipe for you:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup macaroni
- cooking oil 4 tablespoons
- 1 cup chicken (cube cut)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cooking cream
- 2 pinch chicken stock powder
- 2 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch black pepper powder
- 1 pinch white pepper powder
- 2 pinch red chilli flakes
- 1 pinch Oregano
Instructions:
. Boiled macaroni for 6 minutes into simmering water. Drain and set aside.
.In a pan add 2 tablespoons cooking oil, heat oil then add garlic chopped, salt, pepper & cook till tender & set a side after well cooked.
. For white sauce Take a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
. Add flour and whisk or stair to form a roux, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
. Gradually pour in milk, whisking continuously to avoid lumps then add cooking cream & stair cook.
. Bring mixture to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
. Now add salt, chicken stock powder, white pepper powder , black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, oregano & cook for a minute.
. Add cooked chicken & boiled macaroni to the white sauce and stir until well coated to final.
. Serve hot and enjoy!
You can also add some cheddar cheese, steamed vegetables (e.g., broccoli, carrots) to make it a complete meal.
