Finally someone who added little maida unlike others who put almost half cup maida and then call that shit as white sauce which is just a paste of maida with maida....I love you for this

Instead of using boiled pasta you should boil the pasta in the milk and after adding maida and butter add milk and pasta then let the pasta get cooked then also if you think that your pasta is not cooked then add a little bit water and milk then add the spices , veggies and at last add the cheese. Try this recipe it will turn out soo good 👍 😋

It's good but I would recommend not adding salt as the cheese is already salted

Adding milk to Maida and than salt to Milk. Salt and Milk should not be used together, its a bad combination and not medically advisable. A big NO.

Flour was really less in compatible of butter like if you are making white sauce then ratio of flour and butter should be same
