thanks :) I did post a report up of a game on the 30k White Scars Players - Warriors Of Chogoris Facebook group yesterday of a game with one of our Sons of Horus friends thats been on the channel with Goliaths in the Necromunda campaign - its not as cool as what Max does with the video, editing etc but gives a rundown of how they performed. Hopefully be more videos of the Scars when Max / I can arrange a date.

cheers, and yea he totally was.. he thought he was going to get wrecked first turn and although he wanted the game he kept saying it was going to be in my favour (to which I kept questioning thinking he had something up his sleeve).
@@BearfootMiniatures have you guys done the break down if claws vs fists if claws are really better here? I feel fists turn out better and get use of the reroll 1s but would be interesting to hear what you guys think
ill tag team james in: I think he went for talons due to them rending and shred and just doing loads o that across the army being enough for anything (over potentially the squad getting nuked waiting for I1) I tend to like the ID at I1 stuff but ive not got the option as IW so not worked it out too much....
@@claydud271 You only get the Reroll 1s to wound when you charge, and being a M6 unit they usually done get to charge, they're usually charged by something faster than them and with Rend being soooo good in this edition I'd rather take the AP2 wounds at initiative with shred than at I1 step. Most powerfists won't be doubling the unit out, so cutting away a few models before they swing at you is a huge benefit. My personal preference anyhow. I've not MathHammered it, but I can't see a situation where Fists would be better other than VS Mortarion.
@@Basskin yeah i feel ya good to hear your take, ill do some math hammer to see but yeah buckles of dice with rerolls for the ap 2 and enemy might have feel no pains vs install kills less attacks and at i1 tough call guess the numbers will tell gg wp though.

It is, and James and I extensively about Vexillas before the Warhammer World Event as he was giving me a second pair of eyes - I rate having something that stops you running off the board when you run 3D6 and seen bikers disappear turn 1. Hence through my list I'm making the point of Vexillas as an in-joke.
At 52.40 the WS player rolls 2 ones for Plasma guns. He then takes two armour saves but doesn’t roll first to see if overheats are breaching… should he have rolled for breaching or not?
He just takes the armour save at the base strength and ap of the weapon (we actually got this wrong and rolled for breaching in the newest bat rep, mistakes do happen haha)
I doubt its legal to use the fnp rule from apo to the Khan in your death star... at least in my Liber Astartes the Khan dont get the kavalry keyword when mounted on his jetbike... did i misunderstoud something here?
the last line of Jaghatai mounted rules ends with something like any rules that target the Cavalry Type are considered to effect Jaghatai Khan asif he had that unit type Which apothecaries effect units/models with the Cavalry type so effect Jaghatai!

If you fail a dangerous terrain check you just die right? And can you allocate wounds to normal Charakters like that (dark fury squad?) I thought it only works on independent Charakters. Seems a bit silly to start taking all that 2+ saves only to share them on every sargeant... Even if it works like that I would ask my opponent to do the allocation on one sargeant as a time.. Also the scars player plays the precision strikes a little bit wrong. You can do the attacks and wounds and then allocate them as you want :)
You take a wound if you fail. It also says the model takes the wound, so I wasn't sure if I could allocate so, when in doubt, play the way that is least beneficial to you! And yes, it's any Characters for wound bouncing, not just IC. Also also, the Khan doesn't have precision strikes, he allocates his hits, whereas precision is allocation of wounds. Which is a bit weird.
@@Basskin thank you for the clarifications :) the primarch rule is weird, they could have just given them precision strikes/shots but good to know! The would bouncing on 3 keepers of the dead + independent Charakters still feels pretty stupid for me and makes the tedious artificer allocation stuff even more tedious and cheesy... I think I would houserule the allocation for independent Charakters or at least do something with the dark furies (treat all 3 keepers as one pool for wound allocation except in challenges ofc). I feel it's going to be ultra frustrating otherwise
@@miguelgilcasas3560 Yeah, precision strikes on the Primarchs would have been a lot easier! That's fair mate, seems like a sensible house rule if that's the way you guys want to play it! I obviously like the save bouncing tricks as it keeps my unit alive longer! Haha.
I’m moving into a new studio in month or so (hopefully) and I’ll give it a go (along with a few filming methods) I like how personal the hand cam makes it, but variety is the spice of life!
@@stupedcraig thanks mate! I actually just borrowed another camera today to see about the capacity to do both a top down as well as the hand held camera so could be a good half way house
It looks like you can't squadron Kyzagan any more so would have to tinker with the speeder set up I believe as the list as it is counts as 4 FA choices. Seems like an FAQ/errata candidate to me.
@@jackwhorton6826 i've always found 1 alright to run, I only put an extra into this list as I fancied running a symmetrical list with speeders... 2 do work well...3 seems unwieldy as a single choice but happy to hear from others that have done well this way!
