They are a trip. I work with a nurse from there, and she was always talking about how good we have it here and how much opportunity we have. So, one day one of my coworkers asked her what her point was. She stated that we could do a lot more if we worked hard and went to college, et cetera. She mentioned her son again, who was studying engineering at Drexel, and that he already had a good job lined up for him when he graduated. I said, "OK. I graduated from Drexel, but no one was handing great jobs when I graduated the year before. She literally gasped and asked, "Yooou went to Drexel?" All of us had undergrad degrees and were in grad school. I just wonder where she got the audacity to open her mouth and tell us about ourselves. We reported her to our manager for her unsolicited comments and trying to order us around as if we were her subordinates. Our manager kindly explained to her that we were specialized staff and that she is to direct any concerns she has about the clients to her. They are short on a lot of things, but definitely not audacity.

Had a black client from a prestigious profession. Her supervisor never gave her financial or other support for research. She was paying me from her own pocket for what her supervisor was supposed to. She kept saying she could not get how the Dutch and UK counterparts were able to get research support. They have NO interest in reconciliation.

I'm a black South African and this is highly accurate. This is what we put up with everyday! The conditioning of superiority is so deep with group. They blame black people and the black government for all the challenges in SA, while completely ignoring the systemic effects of colonialism and Apartheid. Nevermind the fact thet they still live vastly privileged lives in comparison to the majority. All they do is complain and spew their racism, never solutions or anuything that would positively contribute to creating a better society. They have gone viral on social media almost every year because of their trend of exporting their racism and this mentality abroad and white people from other countries cannot stand them.
The mentality is similar among the same kind of people in the U.S. Lots of complaining while living privileged lives. For them, it has always been a zero-sum game. We make gains, they panic and, then violence, subjugation, and gaslighting. Rinse and repeat.
They are not all vastly better off. There are whole projects full of extremely poor white people. Those people hold no power or benefit from history. To say all Whites there are privileged is incorrect

I worked with a White South African (Afrikaner). He used to come in the office, and sometimes we would talk. He said every time he mentioned that he was from South African, white Americans would not say much to him. He said white Americans got nerve the way they have treated Black people in America. He told me one day, he was the real African American, and that I was just American. I'm not gone lie, he was a nice guy.

Well, this is very interesting indeed. At least some of them are honest & bold enough to speak the truth about racism which is still a reality in South Africa. Most of them deny the existence of racism or claim that it’s a thing of the past. Others pretend to be victims when you point out the effects of colonialism & apartheid because they are still benefiting from it. Whenever white South Africans(specifically Afrikaners, best the rest are chill) protest, they always want other minority groups to join them and will bring up our problems, expecting support from us(we don't want anything to do with them) Not too long ago a young Afrikaner guy joined the EFF(Julius Malema's group) the older Afrikaners were hating on that poor kid, saying he's uneducated, he lacks a father figure, some making death threats against him, all because he joined black people in a fight for economic equality.

These Africa leaders need to be cautious and have proper negotiations to save themselves from future problems with Russia, China etc. Chinese hate the best part of Africans and Russians are white people. How are black people treated in Russia. Why would China and Russia not want to colonize Africa just as the west did? I think the entire continent should be one country with one currency and speaking with one voice. Africa can be developed really quickly with imaginative leadership with the kind of resources they have.
