Hey chef here I am with the feedback. The sponge turned out just the same as your sponge cake. I am so glad I tried this recipe. Now this recipe is the final one for me. Never going to try any other sponge recipes from yt. Thanks a million times chef.

i am also using cake gel or also known as cake imulsifier. it helps the sponge cake not to deflate and it also helps the cake batter to stabilize. best to use cake gel/cake imulsifier if you do not like to separate the egg whites to egg yolks.
