Pretty cool how the one went through it, I've never seen that before. Deer are so cool, I think us hunters can learn so much from just watching trail cam footage.
Something i noticed, in one of my areas, was that mule deer always jumped over barbwire fences, but the whitetail would go under. Does obviously. Wt bucks would jump over too.
@@zzz7zzz9 That's interesting, it makes sense with how mule deer are able to navigate crazy rough terrain. At my property in West Texas they will scale a rimrock face in 10 seconds that you just took 10 minutes to climb.
@@averagejoefishing7833 yes, them wiley muley. It's crazy where i've followed tracks before. But ya, with the whitetail, watch for hair caught on the bottom wire, from them crawling under. And i witnessed them crawling, sneaking away from me one time. I surprised a group, in a thick area. Close quarters, we're all within 10 yards of each other. I caught flashes of running away, and leaping away, then, something catches my eye, and it's crazy. A couple of the wt are down, crawling out of the area. Just when you think you know deer.......
@@zzz7zzz9 Mule Deer are extremely rare in this area and I'm not sure why. There are lots just east of this location, but it's nearly 100% White-Tails here.
