There should be no more adoption agencies. The USA needs to build border schools with the best teachers and human services representatives for the adopted babies, toddlers, children, preteen agers, teenagers, and young adults and put the monthly income for each babies, toddlers, children, preteen agers, teenagers, and young adults in an established savings account, so after they graduate from high school they will have their own financial resources that they can use for college or begin their life as an independent young adult.

People don't think about long term, like if something happens to them where will the children go? Children face hard lives due to being conceived by un responsible parents!
